    • Cant activate phone
My Galaxy Z Flip 3 came early and good packaging. No damage and looks to be brand new. The problem is with activation. Its stuck on the first screen where it tells me to insert an sim card from my carrier. Took it tothe carrier who inserted a physical sim card and tried an electronic sim but nothing worked. Still stuck on the first screen and carrier cant figure it out. Its compatible with my carrier. Its not lost or stolen. Everything checks out but it wont go past the start screen. Sent message to the seller but still no answer. I'll update this review if my issue is resolved. I cant recommend buying from this seller at this time. Hopefully that will change soon. UPDATE: A few hours after posting my review I was contacted by the seller who promptly sent me a postage paid return shipping label. I finally got my replacement and activated it and it does work. Unfortunately it has been activated before through Tmobile so now I get the Tmobile intro when I power on my phone. T mobile insists that I install their updates and I can't get rid of their junk apps that comes on their phones. Also I no longer have wifi calling. The Sim card tray was also missing from the phone. Luckily this is my second zflip 3 so I used my old one. Looks like my phone isn't as brand new as I was led to believe. ... show more
