just received the watch and it looks exactly as described by the seller. looks new, no scratches. the band and the charger are not oem, but that is minor. i had no intention of using a silicone band, as for me it always causes irritation. there are plenty good bands sold on amazon. sure, it would be nice to have the samsung charger, but every seller of used/refurbished watches includes off-brand chargers. given the price of the watch, this is not a deal breaker. battery sucks, but thats not a sellers' fault. samsung did not bother making expensive watches with batteries that last for more than 24h. so, just like your phone needs daily charges, so is this watch. i do miss the long-lasting battery of my el cheapo chinese watch that ran for 7+ days on 1 charge. but i love the look of this watch, so had to except a poor battery life. c'est la vie ... show more

Too big and bulky. Not for women. Description says men and women watch but it's not. I had to take it about 4 links to fit my wrist. Have not had it a year and it no longer works. No water damage etc.

This is my first smartwatch. Even for a renewed product the price is incredible. Since I haven't had a smartwatch it seemed the right purchase option so I could look at features and understand the concept. My main use is for the Samsung Health app since Samsung has started deleting sensors on the phones. I am a recovering cancer patient and routinely monitor vital signs, diet and exercise. The watch returns functions lost after upgrading my Note 9 to S23Ultra. It was so easy to setup, the phone found it instantly and opened the Wearable app which is perfect foe making settings changes for such a small item. Tracks my activity very well which is kind of critical at this point. These watches run from just over $150 - $450, so $65 was a good learning curve. So glad I bought it, and really loving the connectivity between Samsung products. I have Samsung smart tv, ultra S8 tablet, S23ultra phone and now the watch. Interoperability between the devices is amazing, as well as the apps on them. I highly reccomend this item. My only issue is my wireless charging pad does not work with it, the included wireless charger is not usb c, so just another cable and charger to worry about. Galaxy Watch was in pretty good condition. No scratches or anything. I think something wrong with charger though. Because sometimes I leave watch on it entire night and it's charged only 85% and next time when I take it out and put it back in intervals, it charges to 100%. I think the charger is not OEM by Samsung. I decided to spend $12 and order an OEM charger on eBay. Hopefully that will help with heating up the watch while charging and not charging consistently. Also when I first got watch, it was assigned to Sprint. Had to call TMobile and have them switch it over to them. Took quite a bit of time but in the end, it worked. My additional data plan for watch is $10/month with the autopay option on Tmobile. It has its own separate # which you can use if you want to use it. It came in plain box with watch and charger and USB cable. Did not see any extra bands some people talked about. Don't really like the Samsung band. Very hard to use. They should have gone with velcro or something else. ... show more

The battery life is barely 18 hrs, with regular normal.use, , after that it must go to battery saving mode.... Looks used but for 60 it's fine, not rose gold, just gold, came with a charger that didn't work so I had to buy another one.... The straps are very uncomfortable, too long and they hang outside of the watch so they get trapped with clothes or things and they come out of the belt so I had to buy a different bracelet too aloneg with the charger. I tried to call their customerservice for the charger but it was terrible service so I just bought a charger from amazon..although they should have sent a new one, but was not easy to deal with them... I guess it's an ok watch, I bought it after I bought the samsung watch 4 because the battery was barelyy 12 hrs and this older versión surprisingly has a much better battery life that the 4 (wich I returned to tmobile for that reason). ... show more

This watch is useful. The battery life could use improvement but I'm able to manage it well. The one big drawback for me is that after a month of owing this device, no one at Samsung, Verizon or Asurion has helped me successfully set up the standalone LTE service on this watch.     • Doesn't come with original carger
To my complete relief mine looks and works like brand new. I'm happy with everything. Just a heads up so u know before u purchase: The box might come dented, with no instructions, with a generic charger that will probably damage ur watch, and without the extra strap as what happened to me. There is also a high probability that you will NOT get the original samsung charger for this watch as was the case with me. I read all the reviews prior to ordering so i knew what i was in for. I already have a samsung wireless charger for my phone so i thought that would work to charge my watch as well! I was wrong, they were not compatible for some reason to my dismay! I really thought it would of worked:( so i had to actually go out and buy a brand new one from best buys bc my watch was completely drained of battery when i received it and i wanted a charger asap. So buy this with the expectation that u will most likely need to buy one and they are expensive btw. This watch only takes to the original wireless compatible samsung charger. Anyways, i am NOT complaining at all, just a heads up b4 you buy of what to possibly expect. If you want something that comes with everything brand new, buy retail. I saw alot if reviews with ppl complaining about what they received.
