This watch really does a great job in reminding you to get active. I love the feature of the virtual coach to jogg with. The only con I have with this watch is that the 44mm was really uncomfortable. There were many times I would wear my watch and would need to take it off 4 - 5 times just to give my wrist a break from the strain. Because of the larger size, the rim of the 44mm rim would rest over my wrist bone, bringing a lot of discomfort. The wrist band was also too big for my wrist so making it tighter also added discomfort. I previously had the 40mm and that was much more conformable as it actually fit my wrist, as I have small hands. I wanted the larger watch face hence why I exchanged for the 44mm but I'm switching back to the 40mm. I was kind of sad that I had to return the 44mm because I really loved this watch. Hence why I'm going back to the 40mm size. Overall a great watch to invest in!

Love this watch but the battery life is not long. Lasts less than 72 hours. Would be nice if all calls including WhatsApp could be answered on this device.

Lovely watch. Works perfectly fine. Only issue that I had with it recently was that the software update didn't allow the watch to turn off "Power saving mode", which was in the beginning stresssful, as it hindered me from utilizing the basic fucntions of the watch, however, with manually rebooting the watch, it solved the problem and continues to work smoothly.

I'm very disappointed in what was to be a hopeful investment in our health! I purchased this watch for my friend's birthday on 9/11/20, and another of the grey type for myself. I received them both in good condition via my shipper from the US in early November, 2020 to my home in the Philippines. I and my friend enjoyed using the watches -- not heavily as we are not super athletes -- until June 2021, when unprovoked, the back fell off of this watch. My friend was unable to go through the Samsung website for help, so took it to an authorized Samsung service center in the Philippines. They said they could not honor the warranty, and eventually repaired the watch for the peso equivalent of $86.00. Then in early September my watch started to not charge correctly, and would turn off and on at will, then it stopped working at all. I tried to go to the Samsung support websites, but though I tried several ways, I was told that these sites were not available to me in my location, and I was referred to the Philippine website. There I was also told my warranty could not be honored, and I would need to take it to the same authorized repair place as my friend's watch. When there, they replaced the battery and then found that the off/on function was not working, so had to replace another part. The total cost that I paid last week came to the peso equivalent of about $40. They told me that the watch should not be used in water ?!?!?! so why the swim and lap function and the water shaking function that I used carefully when I swam maybe 3 times with the watch? Anyway, I was so excited to recommend this watch early on, but it became quite a disappointment... even if I had been in the US or could have accessed the care that these wacthes deserved there.

I will begin by saying that I almost never write amazon reviews. Only if a product is outstanding or abysmal would I write one. In this case, I am thoroughly disappointed by the performance of this watch. I wanted it primarily for tracking my runs and rides as I joined a track club and am preparing to do some road and cross country running. This watch is complete trash when compared to the Garmin and other brands my friends use. The GPS even though they recently updated it is VERY inaccurate. I have uploaded an image of myself running perfect circles around a marked field and you can clearly see how erratic the GPS signal is. This is the norm and NOT the exception. As i said before, my teammates' watches show perfect circles from their Garmin and Apple devices. Samsung has dropped the ball here big time. The heartrate monitor is also unreliable making this watch truly useless for fitness tracking. The watch is ok as a lifestyle watch but as it purports to be a "active" or fitness watch i cannot give it more than 2 stars. Honestly I should probably have given it 1 but its ok otherwise.
