Pros: Charges quickly (1 hour to charge from 0% to 100%), workout auto-detection, tracks a wide variety of workouts including yoga, Pilates, weightlifting, and water sports, customizable watch faces that allow you to decide what features (time, heart rate, step count, weather, etc.) you want on the watch home screen. I like the watch. It's in great condition and works as it should. The setup was miserable because I tried to do it on a low battery. It HAS to be charged to over 30% before you set it up. I dont blame the watch for my own error, it just would have been nice to know that before starting setup, rather than halfway through. I ordered 2 graphite watches but received 2 silver watches instead. We wanted these for a specific event so there was no time to exchange or return them. I picked up a refurbished Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 and couldn’t be happier with the deal. It looks and feels brand new—no signs of wear—and performance has been flawless. Setup was quick and easy, and the interface is very intuitive. I had no trouble getting it synced and customized the way I wanted. Compared to the Apple Watch I tried earlier this year, this feels much easier to navigate and use day-to-day.     • That was a rough ride but I'm probably keeping it..
Not even one month past one year and Samsung support told me I'm out of luck. I did contact them however before it had been a year. Started a couple months ago, the battery wasn't lasting even half a day. Initially contacted support and was told I would get a replacements but would have to pay shipping. Accidentally closed that window and now apparently that chat is gone forever. I've tried off and on since then to get them to agree to a replacement like they did in the first place. They just keep telling me that they can't find any of my past chats, every single time I talk to them they act like it's the very first time I've ever contacted them. They don't give you a way to save or print the chats. I now screen record them but even if I get them to agree, I'm not sure I trust that they'll follow through. The watch still looks brand new. Has not been abused at all. Has never gotten wet. Now the sensors are starting to fail on top of the battery not lasting. I can no longer take measurements by touching the buttons on the watch. My last two attempts to contact support have been a huge waste of time and very frustrating! New, refurbished, used on Facebook marketplace.. doesn't matter where you get it, I highly recommend you avoid this company's watches! It's not my first Galaxy watch but it is going to be my last! Might not be so bad if their support was decent but not standing by their product means you should probably steer clear of this or I guess keep your fingers crossed. ... show more

It is a good watch in excellent condition, with no wear and tear shown on mine. The battery should be better, but you only have to charge it every second day with light use. Be aware that the watch comes without a charger; order one when you buy the watch.

The watch does the basic minimum. The charger it came with had almost no magnet power, the battery life is crap, last less than a day, all I use it for it tracking my workouts and check the time throughout the day, I've had this watch since November 2024, upgraded to garmin, zero issues, days of battery life. ... show more
