Really is like new- great!
I live in USA and was hesitant to buy a refurbished watch after reading some of the reviews. Decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised. Purchased as a gift for my teen. The watch arrived in a clean nice box and packaging. It didn't even look like it had been used. The watch face was carefully bagged separately and had no signs of wear or tear. A new looking white band was wrapped separately in the box as well and a basic charger was included. There were several inserts with info on pairing the device to your phone. My teen was able to quickly pair it and has been able to use all the features. Charges well and works well. Would recommend. ... show more

I am sending this Samsung Galalxy watch back for the SECOND time. Amazon has sent me watches that are not for use in the USA. The top 2 language options are English (United Kingdom) and Francais (France). I can scroll and eventually find English (United States) and select it. However, the next screen is region or country and the USA is not an option. ALL of the countries listed are in the Middle East. I sent back the first watch and chatted with customer service to explain the issue and request the replacement be a watch for use in the Unites States. My second watch is exactly the same so Amazon does not seem to QC these items and continues to send out a watch that will not work in the US. Maybe there is a way to fix the problem, but my research suggests it is best just to return the item to Amazon. I will just purchase directly from Samsung. ... show more

Ready for More!
I wasn't sure that I was ready to make the move from my Fitbit, but I jumped in and made the purchase. I am NOT disappointed. There are so many features that I'm still figuring out, but so far I LOVE it! It does need frequent charging, but I think it is worth it.

Nice watch - Decent battery life
Nice watch. Even with the always on display, battery lasts all day. Keeps track of my steps and other exercises. Easy to customize the watch faces using watchmaker pro. Receive notifications from my phone. Light weight.

Samsung Galaxy Watch with enhanced health features from previous models
I bought this Samsung Galaxy Watch to be gifted to my best friend, since she has a Samsung Galaxy phone. I am a die hard Apple user, so everything I own and use are Apple products. By comparison, this Samsung Galaxy Watch doesn't look too bad, and with its upgraded health features, easy to set up, the set up, surprisingly, was much faster than the initial set up on any Apple Watch. The style isn't too shabby either, it wears comfortably, however, I don't think the battery life last as long, compared to my Apple Watch. So hopefully, with future model/version, that everything will be improved, faster charging and longer battery life. ... show more
