This was my first 'renewed'' product. The watch came in 'like new' condition. There were no visible scratches or damages. It also arrived with a new band and charger cable. They no longer include the wall plug; you want to buy one that takes advantage of the watch's fast charging. The watch will take a bit of setup at first, so have realistic expectations. Initially it will require a few Samsung updates be installed, and for whatever reason as other reviews state the battery usage needs time to acclimate to the user. The battery life for the first few days at least will be awful but it improves significantly with usage. This has been noted in other reviews. In addition, at first, it appeared my carrier didn't support mobile data on the watch (I thought I purchased an incompatible watch). My carrier was upfront stating that if I uninstall/reinstall the Samsung Wearables app it would resolve the problem...it did. I am happy with my purchase, this is a great value over purchasing new. ... show more

    • Change settings for battery life
Its in really good shape. There is one tiny dark spot along the rim but I don't think I'll return it as it took 2 days to download all the updates. The battery definitely died crazy fast but I hit great google and found info on tips as to what settings need to be tweeked and now it lasts me about 1.5 days. Which is fine. IDC taking it off while I putz around the house a bit. It charges super fast. The band is very cheaply made so I definitely suggest ordering different bands. They interchange very easily. Overall it was a great upgrade from my V1.5. I am enjoying it very much ... show more

Watch seems to be in perfect working order. It was easy to set up. Apparently in the US you cannot use it to take blood pressure though even though it says you can.

It came with some of the black metal chipped at the top of the watch, but it does not bother me because I knew this would be a refurbished item and it is otherwise in excellent working condition. I'm disappointed that it arrived in a grey band instead of purple as listed. Update. I purchased this watch in mid-July. We are now in mid-October. After 3 months, the battery life does not last. It goes from 100 to 2 hours, then to 40%, then 20% to 7%. I notice this only happens when you do not unlock your watch after startup. When you unlock it, it performs well. Save yourself the money. Update number 2 July 2026: 1 year later, the battery overheats. I am not able to charge and use the watch. Every time I connect the watch to the magnetic charger, after 2 minutes a yellow overheating triangle appears. ... show more
