Upon pairing this watch I see there is someone else's name and email attached to indicated on screen it was not factory reset. It's possibly stolen 🤔 or just a faulty watch being marketed on the renewed site. 🤔 It wouldn't allow me to pair with my phone at all just kept resetting and mention it couldn'tpair. This watch has been great with the exception of a few quirks that have taken time to figure out. I'm at the end of my 90 day return window and have decided to keep the watch. The battery life isn't what I expected. At the start the battery would last 2-3 days easily, but quickly it started to only last 1.5 days or so. Not a huge deal if I remember to charge it while I'm working at a desk during the day. But it's short enough that it can get annoying. Of course the battery life depends on how your settings are set up as well as your activity level, because the watch tracks activity. I only discovered after buying this watch that you can't track blood pressure with it unless you have a Samsung phone, which is slimy of Samsung to do, but Samsung has every right to do that. I just wish they were more transparent about that fact. One of the things I really hate about this is specific to my situation. This watch was a renewed one and came with a watch band that was very similar to the original, but not the same. Within a day the paint on the clasp had started to chip, and the silicone didn't feel very high quality. I asked my wife if I could use the spare band that came with her watch that we bought brand new, and it was a night and day difference. The watch band from Samsung has a softer, yet more durable feel, and the paint doesn't chip from the clasp. So I didn't get the correct watch band with mine, which normally isn't a big deal, except for the money I saved by buying a used/renewed watch would have been completely negated if I didn't have an authentic Samsung band spare already. These bands can be $50! Other than that the watch has been good. Does some things better than I expected, does some things not quite as well as I'd hoped. But all in all it's good. ... show more
