I've had this watch for close to a year now and it works great. Synchs perfectly with my Samsung Galaxy and does everything you would want it to. I bought it used and it's great quality. My only gripe would be the wristband, it works well but all the paint rubbed off of the metal pieces. Also, you'll have to charge it every 24 hours which is a bit of a pain. ... show more

I tried to like this watch more, but couldn't get a full round of golf in using the built in GPS and cell service. Around hole 13 it would die. So I returned this and got a non-cellular watch 5 instead. That has plenty of staying power for a full round of golf. The cellular versions I hear eat up battery life too much. I am obsessed with my watch. I've had it for about 2 months now. Wear it every day, all day, and the battery lasts. I was hesitant to purchase "renewed" but the watch arrived in PERFECT condition, packaged nicely, and days earlier than expected. This is my first smart watch so I don't have anything to compare to but this does everything I need (mostly wanted to track my walking.) The watch band is a bit thick for my liking so I did order slim watch bands - super easy to change them out. The only complaint I have was figuring out what apps sync with Samsung health and/or each other. I was using Google Fit to start but had a hard time getting everything all in one place. I use Lose It to to track my calories but can't sync that with my app unless I pay premium. So little things I'm figuring out still. ... show more

The watch has several scratches on the dial that you may see in the picture. The description of the product is confusing. It says Renewed in bold that gives an impression that the product had a defect that has been fixed. Then it says pre-owned. It also says - "- This pre-owned product has been professionally inspected, tested and cleaned by Amazon qualified vendors. - This product is in "Excellent condition". The screen and body show no signs of cosmetic damage visible from 12 inches away." Usually I do not give any bad review of the product. But, I am sorry to say that I did not receive a clean product in "Excellent condition", it has so many visible cosmetic damages. The description is totally false. Moreover, I had to pay the shipping to send it back to the seller. Not sure if I will get that reimbursed by Amazon or not. And then the Amazon CSR was asking me why am I returning the product. Who would buy a gift with multiple scratches on it? This isn't a good customer experience. I would strongly suggest Amazon not to do any business with this seller. The Samsung Galaxy Watch has got to be the best purchase I've ever made thru Amazon. Hands down(drop the mic). I'm really blown away with the quality/workmanship of the SGW and how well its integrated itself into my life by improving several crucial aspects. Starting with sleep tracking, water and calorie intake feedback, I've developed some healthy routines that are easy to maintain. Having the weather forecast at a flick of the wrist as well as e-mail notifications keeps me ahead of the game. I've got exercise routines with coaches right here on my arm; no fumbling around with the phone. Oh yeah, synced up with my Samsung A51 is effortless and consistent. Top it off with how slender the watch body is with its unique wrist band and crisp brilliant display I don't know how this device could be improved.
