The watch arrived in perfect condition. It was renewed but looks brand new. When I first received the watch, it didn't want to charge. I would have to shift the watch on the charger to get it to show charging and then it would discount after a few minutes. I contacted the seller, Chubbiestech, with the issue and they responded immediately. They sent a replacement charger and it works great. The last couple of days has been spent customizing and loading apps and very happy with the Galaxy Watch 4. The functionality is excellent. The screen responsiveness is terrific. First item bought as renewed by amazon and it really was as it were new, not a scratch on it and everything works excelent, actually the watch has so mamy features, it really is a great overal watch. My only "complaint", (and I already new about it) is that the watch would have been perfect if the battery life was longer. You have to charge it every day, if you are cool with it buy! It came with two small Scratches on the side of the screen For a full charge the battery lasts for 2 days... if u change settings to help increse battery life After updating software and apps. Cannot find messenger or camera app. When I first charged it, overheated pretty fast. It had to stop charging and I wasn't able to use it while it cooled down... I've had this watch for close to a year now and it works great. Synchs perfectly with my Samsung Galaxy and does everything you would want it to. I bought it used and it's great quality.
