    • Too Hot To Touch - Do Business With Them At Your Own Risk
First of all, in the description, it says "new". It is not new and I knew it was refurbished when I bought it. It had great reviews which is the main reason I purchased it. I plugged it in with the charger that came with it, and after about an hour or two, the watch was so hot I could hardly touch it. I realize that buying refurbished can go good or not so good and that was not my problem. This was from a 3rd party seller so they had to accept the return, which they did but wanted me to pay the return shipping. Now if I had decided that I didn't like the color or the face of the watch that would be one thing, but it was DEFECTIVE!! The seller should absolutely pay for the return shipping. Amazon , after 4 calls , told me to pay for the return shipping, be sure to get a receipt and they would refund. Well Amazon put in a "claim" for just the cost of the watch, and I have to wait 2 weeks to see if it's approved and then I guess I will have to start all over again to get the $20.07 it cost me to ship a defective item back to the 3rd party seller. NEVER AGAIN!! Do business with them at your own risk! ... show more

At first I loved it. I loved that it counted my steps. Now half the time it doesn't count them. So disappointed. The watch runs fine otherwise tho.

Shipping was very fast and the watch looks brand new! I have had no problems with it whatsoever. Better than spending hundreds on a new one that will do the same thing. The band changes out so quickly and easily, so I have had a lot of fun with that and adding charms!
