Update. 3 years later and this is STILL my only watch, it still works great, and I still get peoole asking "what kind of watch is that?" Appears to be brand new, It came in a different box, but had original accessories, no scratches on the device whatsoever, Came with a rose gold/pink leather band, I switched it out for brass. No complaints so far, Battery life could be better but that's clearly a Samsung issue not a amazon returns issue based on all the reviews. The call quality is WAY better than I expected. This is my second "renewed" tech purchase and maybe I got lucky but both items seem brand new. Ill keep trying these renewed devices until I get unlucky. ... show more

    • Too Hot To Touch - Do Business With Them At Your Own Risk
First of all, in the description, it says "new". It is not new and I knew it was refurbished when I bought it. It had great reviews which is the main reason I purchased it. I plugged it in with the charger that came with it, and after about an hour or two, the watch was so hot I could hardly touch it. I realize that buying refurbished can go good or not so good and that was not my problem. This was from a 3rd party seller so they had to accept the return, which they did but wanted me to pay the return shipping. Now if I had decided that I didn't like the color or the face of the watch that would be one thing, but it was DEFECTIVE!! The seller should absolutely pay for the return shipping. Amazon , after 4 calls , told me to pay for the return shipping, be sure to get a receipt and they would refund. Well Amazon put in a "claim" for just the cost of the watch, and I have to wait 2 weeks to see if it's approved and then I guess I will have to start all over again to get the $20.07 it cost me to ship a defective item back to the 3rd party seller. NEVER AGAIN!! Do business with them at your own risk! ... show more

At first I loved it. I loved that it counted my steps. Now half the time it doesn't count them. So disappointed. The watch runs fine otherwise tho.
