This was my first time buying a refurbished electronic item from Amazon, so i was a little sketched out and combed the reviews before i bought. Some of the other reviews stated their watch came scratched, but mine did not. Back and front of the watch are perfect, like new. Others stated they didn't get any instructions included, but who cares, that's literally what the internet is for. And anyway set-up was easy, it connected to my Note 10+ almost immediately. A few reviews mentioned that the battery life was not great. This is one point i can agree on. I can say that I'm a teeny bit disappointed at how fast it drained, but I'll chalk that up to setting the watch up and spending time customizing the watch's features. At any rate, even if the battery endurance doesn't improve, I could easily spend the money to have the battery replaced, and this watch would still be MUCH cheaper than other options at the same quality. So i would say it's still a great value. Other than that, I'm pretty happy with the watch. Sleep tracking seems accurate, as do the other biometric tools, and that was a big reason i wanted a Galaxy Watch (Samsung removed them from the Note 10 series, and I've missed it since i got this phone!) Another reason I specifically wanted a Galaxy Watch was because of the store. There are literally thousands of customization options and various apps that you can download from the Galaxy Store, and that's something you won't get with no name knock-offs. To me that makes this watch capable of being a thousand times more productive than some generic watch. This alone makes it absolutely worth it, in my book. Overall, VERY pleased with my purchase and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. No name knock offs may be half the price, but if you spend the extra money and go ahead and get the refurbed Galaxy watch, you won't be disappointed! ... show more

Great watch! I'm perfectly happy with an older model and it does everything I need it for. I love the look of it and by the time it was a refurbished version, the price was excellent! My only issue would be battery life and I am not a fan of the bezel.

This is a great watch with everything. Fit perfectly great price , 1 drawback it can't upgrade or do nfc bc of the software limitations so I sent it back and bout a 5 which is perfect

My first smart watch and I am satisfied. For a refurbished watch, it worked great and paired well with my android phone. No issues with functions. I like the color, I've always gone for a neutral look. Only issue was the strap and band metal springs were a size too big/wide. Had to purchase my own.

This watch did everything I hoped it would do and keeps surprising me with new features I didn't even know it had. One of those is the SOS emergency contact feature that sends your location to people you designate for fall detection or if you hit the emergency button sequence, and another is that the fitness tracking can show you a little map of where you've gone right on the watch. I used it for sleep tracking originally but don't find that that data does anything for me personally, so I just charge it at night and it lasts all day no matter how much I use it. It will last for two days traveling on the weekend and I just found out if I do need some charge I don't even have to take the charger, I can charge it from my phone that has wireless battery sharing! I would absolutely buy this watch again. I've always loved wearing watches and I love the old school watch look still with going digital vs looking like I have a cell phone on my wrist. ... show more

I have wanted this one for awhile Brian a while... I love the color and look. Just didn't want to pay $200 when I 1st saw it. The battery life sucks. I've had it less than 24 hours. Started with a full charge at 9p. At 10am, I am now at 47%. Maybe I'll try again to see if I get one with a better battery. ... show more
