Device will not update to a security level required by my company although Samsung and the carriers have provided updates. Device won't work with a Brand new Samsung Slim Keyboard cover. Luckily, I bought that from Bestbuy and they were able to determine it was not the keyboard that was defective by trying my keyboard with an identical tablet and I tried their keyboard on the device too and it didn't work. It must be the connectors on the bottom of the tablet that were not tested. I like the device, came in great condition, but these 2 issues are a deal breaker. Waiting on Seller YY Wireless to contact me back for options before I return it out right. Be careful of the Asurion insurance, they wouldn't replace it or repair it either since coverage doesn't start for 31 days and they consider this a pre-existing condition. ... show more

Great hardware but Android operating system version 14 is no longer supported by Samsung and there are no Android installation files installed

    • Critical software flaw ruined what could have been a good purchase.
S Pen not included despite listing stating otherwise. After getting in contact with the Seller they were willing to send me an S Pen however I had already run into the problem below at that time. Critical issue with tablet software that would not allow the tablet to connect to Samsung for updates or simply logging in with Samsung account. Tablet seemed fine otherwise, but not be able to update or connect to Samsung is very problematic. Maybe I just got unlucky with a bad tablet. ... show more

    • Do not buy if you need the S Pen
Rating is work-in-progress, and already not starting well. I also didn't receive the advertised S Pen. Tablet came at 0% which is odd, usually electronics I've purchased came with at least 25%. Currently 3 stars for the great condition the tablet is in, and great packaging, which is only more disappointing as to why the S Pen was overlooked. I'll see if there are any other issues once I'm able to turn it on and change my rating accordingly. ... show more

Great device. I have an S7FE, and this device will be its replacement. However, I have to return it because they didn't include the S pen, as listed. I contact amazon, I tried contacting the seller but no luck.
