Only a few minor scratches on the bottom and once you use a case no one will ever see it. Camera is clear and no scratches on the lens. I use my phone a lot and I still only charge it once a day. Had it for about 2 weeks now. Worked perfectly out of the box. Had to do a bunch of updates to get the latest software. No issues whatsoever yet. No scratches or cracks that I can see. Only thing I have noticed is when I use speaker phone, my mic doesn't work that well to pick up my voice. But normal phone calls work ok, I just have to be loud.. I'm overall satisfied so far. Will update if anything else becomes noticed. *****EDIT 9/18/2020***** Been over a year since I purchased the phone. It has worked greatly for me with no issues. The mic situation remained the same, but did not bother me that much. Would buy again.

Got this as a gift for my mother, I was worried since sometimes these phones do not work with all carriers or they don't come fully unlocked. Already tried the sim card from our carrier and it worked. I'm so happy so far. Still will be back with updates since she still needs to use it to see performance. Looks brand new which is a plus.

2nd time I've ordered this phone, and the same review applies: I got it in today in a nice white Amazon box, not like the old cardboard ones they used to send. (This is my 7th refurbished & unlocked phone I've bought from Amazon) Cosmetically, the phone looks brand new! Not even the tiniest scratch or ding. When powering on it went bright pink and said T-Mobile, but to my surprise, it was fully unlocked! It still had a few T-Mobile pre installed apps and tried to get you to sign up for some T-Mobile stuff during the set up, but no problems at all. I use Cricket Wireless. I put my card in and was immediately good to go! Calls sound great, text works fine, internet and all that works as it should. It's an incredible phone for the price! I hate that other buyers has issues, but for me, the phone was exactly as described if not better.

So far so good! I lost my original S8+ (by which I mean it was left in an Uber and the driver refused to return our calls and even after tracking it to his last location he insisted to Uber he didn't have it.....), so instead of buying a new one through my provider for $800, I decided to take a chance and purchase an unlocked one via Amazon. I'm EXTREMELY happy with it! Yes, it's only been 2 weeks, and things could go wrong later... But that's just how technology sometimes is. The delivery was quick and secure. The phone itself is in perfect condition and came with the correct charging cord + block. Battery life is the same as my old one was, which I had for a year. So is a brand new battery? Nope. Is that okay? Absolutely. All-in-all, I'm 100% satisfied. I'm glad I took the chance on a refurbished phone through this seller!

I had originally purchased a Samsung Galaxy S8+ about 3 years ago when it was initially released. I've had that one up until now, and decided to replace it since it was getting old and damaged. I had purchased it brand new for 800$, meaning I had paid about 600$ more beforehand. I'm not sure if it's depreciation of value because there's been newer Galaxies since then, or if its refurbished; but for a nice well functioning smartphone, I'd venture to say that's relatively cheap, especially for a Galaxy. It worked just fine to set up, no problems there, it was a simple SIM card swap, and bam, it's up and working! The sellers obviously had some care into how they prepared, packaged and refurbished them, simply because it's almost completely brand new in appearance, aside from a small dent near the SIM card slot, which is a given for refurbished goods. The package also included instructions and a SIM card 'key,' for getting the card out, not to mention the fact that it also had a tempered glass screen protector right out of the box. Any flaws in the stars is for the phone itself, which the sellers clearly aren't responsible for and that's for Samsung's design.

Reading some of the negative reviews, I was definitely skeptical. I decided I was going to go ahead and buy it anyway. This phone came in perfect condition. You would not be able to tell it was refurbished. Not a single scratch on the screen or the body. The phone itself runs perfectly. I would recommend checking out different sellers and read reviews on each seller left by others when it comes to, because this is how you can be more positive you are going to get a good product, especially when it comes to a refurbished item. But overall, I am very happy with this phone.
