The phone was used (listed as used-very good) but it's in like new shape, the price was very fair for the products condition. I never write reviews on Amazon typically; but this company did a great job from answering my question (which they actually answered in the description and I missed, they weren't condescending about it either) to shipping the product and getting it to me 2 days before initially expected. 5 star front to back as far as I can tell. As far as the phone goes, it's a pretty cool phone. I'm not sure if the plus is needed as I'm not seeing much bonus to having the wrapped screen. I was also disappointed to find that you need a power charger for the fast charging so the old plug-ins result in a substantially slow charge. I love how much storage it has and it is extremely easy to figure out how to personalize. I would recommend this phone to anyone looking into Samsung Galaxy products. ... show more

The phone itself was a good phone and I bought it about 7 months ago. I'm sure when purchase new from Samsung it was probably a very good phone at one time with all its new features but I bought this as a certified new or remanufactured from EMB phones and it's been a disaster. As you see in the video above exactly what I'm dealing with and it's been several weeks now of purchasing other electronics such as adapters for $40 and $40 power cords and all the time and energy and printing troubleshooting steps because I got the white screen of death. I took it to Verizon to switch my old phone (Galaxy J3) to this phone, and they even said this S8+ was a great phone, and that I got a really good deal online. Bought this refurbished phone in October 2018. Love the phone, but the screen began cutting off & on within a month. It took forever to get it back to view. Phone would also cut off occasionally for no reason. However, when it stopped taking a charge a few weeks ago (1/2019), I contacted the seller and they immediately responded & had me return it. Just got it back today (took less than a week!). I am charging it now and look forward to using it. I am noticing that the plug that came with it is getting awfully warm, but will see how it works. ... show more

I ordered this phone because the model listed in the specs was SMG955UZSV and of course the S8+ would perform will. That particular model will work with Visible phone service. When the phone arrived, it was in very good shape, charged and started right up. After adding the Visible app and working with Visible for two days, they asked me to double check actual model in the phone and it was SU-G955U1, not compatible with Visible.
