Super awesome bushings. Luckily my 98 coupe was extremely clean and rust free, so these went in with ease. It's a tight fit to get under the car on jackstands, but it took me less than 10 minutes. Was well worth the $12, possibly the best 12 bucks you could ever spend on a manual Honda. Shifts went from popsicle stick in a pudding cup to (what might as well be) a gated shifter. Never missed downshifts after this was installed and it also made reverse a lot easier to engage.

these bushings are fantastic,the re place the soft mushy bushings that come with oem shift linkage,these really are great when compared to oem,when you take the oem bushings out you will not believe how soft they are,installation takes 30 minutes maybe and i think this would be a great install for a novice,or someone just looking to start modifying their car,gets rid of alot of the annoying play in the shift with those old mushy bushings gone,great product worth every dollar

This thing is a pretty sweet deal, it went in pretty good... I did have trouble with the larger bushing, but that was because the end piece where it slips onto was welded out funny when Honda built my car... As for its use, it works very well and shifting feels a little more tight...

Being used to rear wheel drive, it hadn't really dawned on me where these bushings might be located and how much crawling under the car was needed to change them. The shifter on this Honda I just bought felt so sloppy that I decided to put in the effort, though. The old bushings weren't really visibly worn, but I could feel how loose and slack the mechanism was once I got down there. Word of advice: have a big right angle pick handy when you go to reassemble the linkage at the front of the car. The new bushings really tighten up the connection and make it a little challenging to get the bolt back where it belongs (even with the included grease applied). The pick helps line up the bolt holes, and there's limited room for tools in there. Night and day difference on my car once the job was done. Shifter was tight, communicative, but not notchy. Before these lovely bushings it was vague, squishy and actually a little hard to drive. If you care enough about how your shifter feels to be looking at shift bushings, buy these and install them.

Pretty simple installation. The shifter one is a bit more complex, but total took me about 20 minutes. This mod really helps stiffen your shifter, especially at high RPM so that you do not grind gears. Just another way to get some more preformance out of your 5 speed D series :)

Installing these is fairly easy. Totally worth the money! Stiffened up shifting and my shifter doesn't wobble while driving, power feels much more linear! Car stopped a lurching feeling when downshifting and accelerating and letting off gas. Well worth the money.
