At 6.3 inches, it hits that elusive sweet spot where the screen is large enough for deep multitasking and video, but the device itself remains incredibly easy to manage with one hand. The build has a dense, premium weight to it that gives you confidence in its durability without feeling like a brick in your pocket. It’s a very intentional design that balances elegance with daily usability. The performance here is noticeably a step up from previous generations, thanks to the latest Snapdragon. Everything from switching between heavy tools to processing high-resolution photos happens instantaneously. There’s a certain fluidity to the animations and app launches that makes the whole experience feel effortless. Even when I’m pushing the processor with more demanding tasks, the phone stays responsive and cool, which speaks to how well the internals are optimized this year. The display is, as expected from Samsung, the star of the show. The colors are vibrant and the brightness levels make it perfectly readable even under the harsh midday sun. Whether I’m scrolling through text or watching a movie, the clarity is stunning. I upgraded from the Galaxy S21 to the Galaxy S26 because Samsung stopped providing updates for my old phone. My new s26 has been great. There's not a ton of differences, but I noticed that it runs faster and my battery lasts way longer. I am very happy with the quality of the picture the camera takes. My only complaint is that it uses new signals that my old phone didn't use, so it's always jumping back and forth between them. It has loading issues when it's in between signals. I got the sky blue because that's all that was in stock. I didn't think I was going to like the color, but I can't even see it after putting a case on. ... show more

Great phone in general, deserves a good rating except for 2 things. I was surprised that a phone this expensive doesn't have a place for an SD card, only a Sim card. So my sd card from my last phone (half full of family photos) can't be moved over ro my new phone. And there's no way to add space when this phone gets too full. I'm going to have to get a sd reader for my laptop if I want ro access that info. It's also disappointing that it comes with a usb-c to usb-c cord, but no wall plug. Hundreds of dollars and they don't include a way to actually charge it without already having a usb-c brick (all my bricks are regular usb, so expensive thing gets more expensive by a bit). This is supposed to be a top of the line phone and is missing bits I've gotten with every other phone I've ever gotten & didn't even think I'd have to check for. Like I said, good phone otherwise. Battery life is great. Touch screen is responsive (& a lot of touch screens don't work well for me, I think it's a conductivity of my fingers thing). Little bit of a learning curve from my last phone, but not bad compared to other tech I've had to replace's differences. ... show more
