Best phone I've ever owned. I really am happy with this purchase. I wish there was more value for the money, but battery life and all the new software is really good. Durability so far is great, but I instantly put on camera covers, screen protectors, and a case. Gotta baby smartphones or you will regret it long term. The plus is the perfect size for me. I wish I had gotten the ultra only for the cameras, but in my opinion the price difference is not worth it. Takes really amazing photos even though I am only reviewing the s25+. ... show more

This phone has more power than my laptop which is 1 year old! I have barely scratched the surface of its capabilities. Even the basic stuff blows me away. My lock screen picture actually mirrors the current weather. If it is raining outside, my lock screen photo rains as well. If you are used to a high power phone, you will not be disappointed in the S25 ultra. If you upgraded from a basic phone like I did (A11) you will get your socks blown off!! The AI is awesome. I added the Gboard and Google messaging. Be aware the Gemini AI is pretty liberal socially and politically, but consider the ages of the people that built the database.. May align with some users, not so much with others. I use it a lot and enjoy the interaction and capabilities. All of the AI features are just a blast to play with, the power is amazing. There are so many ways to customize this phone . . Make sure you get a good screen protector and a bullet proof case like the Otter Box defender to protect your investment. You will freaking love this phone!!!!! I did not even get in to the capabilities of the camera. Have not even delved into that yet. So many options and such power! Good - beautiful screen. Blazing fast. Amazing camera. Looks great. Same as the 21,22,23,24 Bad - palm rejection is terrible. There’s no way to use the phone case less. And movement registered by the palm, caused the phone to cancel out your actual taps. So like Steve said a decade ago…”you’re holding it wrong” or it just sucks. Screen is vivid… but as always blow out many of the photos and videos you view on screen….something to keep in mind as your photos will look differently on a computer or on an iPhone. Most annoying - WiFi drops suddenly or when not in use for a bit. Usually it’ll reconnect in a second on my iPhone…takes over a minute on the s25. Very annoying when low cell coverage. And worst of all…why buy at this price if next week Amazon will discount this for 100 dollars ? Not going to get hit with the lower price 31 days later… ... show more

Best smartphone I have owned so far, and I go back to a Samsung with slide out keyboard and 1st HTC with 4G LTE! What got me away from other brands was not being made in China and the 7 year update support. Long term support is important to me because I keep my phone for 4 years or longer - basically until they stop functioning. Cameras are not perfect but great for the photography I do and unlike my previous phone, the device does not over heat when using cameras for pictures or videos. Batter life is great so far. Almost wish I purchased Ultras for the larger screen for my old eyes but the cost difference is staggering. Also miss the SD Card support like my previous phones - I had a 1TB card in them. So far the phone has been 100% reliable. ... show more
