I was going to get the Samsung S26 through T-Mobile. I did the research and the privacy screen seems to be the only major change. I figured I could get a screen protector to do that. The S26 Ultra is 1500 bucks and this is 900. I got the 2 year Assurant warranty also. I put 600 bucks in my pocket! I have bought refurbished products before mainly 20 tb hard drives with no issues so this was a no brainer. My opinion is it does take a bit of a learning curve to go from an S10 to an S25. The phone is boxier and heavier. The camera is fantastic! Sound quality is better. Battery life is lightyears better. I used to have the Note and this one has the stylus. I use it often to jot notes down. If you are thinking about the S26 Ultra this is a much better alternative. Save your money and do this! You also are not committed to 24 months and if you use say Capital One rewards card you get a little more off! ... show more

I am learning the S25 phone fast. Great phone, in almost every way. And great price because I bought refurbished from the previous year. But.... I really miss the 3.5mm headphone jack; My previous phone was a high-end gaming phone with 3.5mm jack and I used it a lot, though I am not a gamer. I was hesitant to buy an Amazon Renewed phone, but I knew I could return it if needed. Of course, with a Renewed product, you get the phone, a cord and a SIM tool. Nothing else. It's taken me about 3 days to get this completely setup the way I wanted it. I went from an S20 Ultra to an S25 Ultra. Same phone, but much more so. The phone looks and functions as brand new. It came with 11% battery charge and a flimsy plastic screen cover which I replaced with a higher grade of protection. All the settings and functions work as expected. It was several hundred dollars less than the same model refurbished from Samsung. So, I feel like it was a good deal. FedEx delivered with signature required. That shows the seller is being compliant with getting it to me and only me. Overall, Samsung is my jam and this is a fabulous device. If you're hesitant, do your research. Everything seems to be great with this purchase. Physically speaking the phone looks brand new, not a single smudge or scratch anywhere. Even the charging port area has no missed insertion marks. However, the battery is not as healthy as I was hoping for. I used AccuBattery Pro to do an entire weeks worth of testing to see how much battery degradation there is and therefore how much use this device previously seen and it is confirmed. The battery only has 86% capacity left which is above the minimum of 80 percent promised and less than what I was hoping for. This is not a bad thing nor a good thing. At 820 dollars I expected slightly better battery health. Thankfully, what I got is a physically pristine SM-S938U1 (Factory Unlocked Samsung Phone) that was already provisioned for T-Mobile (CSC of TMB) which just happens to be my carrier. Truthfully, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I was hoping for a better battery because I plan on keeping this phone for a minimum of 5 years. So I will probably need to bring it into Ubreakifix in two years and have them install a new battery for me which is not a big deal. The seller was super quick with the shipping and I got it on time. The only problem was calling over Wi-Fi at which point I tried everything went to AT&T store they tried to turn it on for me and could not and she said this was the first one that wouldn't come on. Absolutely love this phone UNTIL it did a system update and it LOCKED. Once the update was complete, it immediately locked the network and would only do emergency calls. Called my provided who advised me I needed to purchase a new sim card, did that and it still would not unlock.
