The Good: The phone looks to be in good shape appearance wise. The packaging was ok. Bend on corner of box but not bad enough to cause damage to the phone. The phone was in fact unlocked as advertised. The Bad: The phone is refurbished and not new. The battery is charging slow and drains quickly with all of the settings change for optimal settings. The worst and reason I would never order from them again is the shipping. They use FedEx who in my opinion is the worse I have ever delt with. It was delivered the following day. A signature was required and no way to change that. The shipping package was horrible. I had contacted the seller for an explanation on the late delivery with no response. Pay the extra $10-20 and order from a more reliable seller. ... show more
