You could never tell these phones are renewed at all!! People need to stop going into these big corporate cellphone companies and getting ripped off and paying $1,500 for a new phone, whether you are an IPhone user or Android user. The last 8 years I've been getting my cellphones through Amazon and just buying the model that is a year old and paying less than half the price of the brand new ones! Plus they will usually take your old phone, broken or not and give you money for it! So I ended up paying only 40% of what a new phone would have cost me at these big cellular corporations! They trick customers into thinking they're really getting a new cell phone for $200 and they don't tell people that the remaining $1,300 dollars is just getting put on your monthly bill and having the customers pay $20 a month towards the phone, which never ends up getting paid off because you end up needing a new phone before it's paid off and they just do the same scam over and over and then if you go in the store and ask them why your bill keeps getting more expensive, you find out you've got 7 phones that you never ended up paying off and your still paying for them all. That exact scenario happened to me and found out I had over $3,000 dollars still owed worth of cell phones I purchased for the "special offer" even though they broke in a couple years and took it back to them to get another "special offer" Quit buying these highly over priced cell phones right when the new model comes out! It only cost Apple $400 to make the new Iphones, that's a 300% mark up! That's why I always buy my phones from these Amazon companies and make sure they are unlocked, yeah they say refurbished which means more then likely it had a cracked screen. This Galaxy S25 looked like it just came straight from the factory. Works perfectly and is a way better price with the trade in and just get the model that is from the year prior. They shipped it overnight to me and it's simple to transfer your data and your number to the new phone. I'll never walk into a cell phone store again. All those cell companies are a bunch of greedy crooks. You ever notice when you walk in there, it's like walking into a car dealership?! They can't wait to trick you into a "special offer" cause you're such a wonderful customer!! 😆 🤣 😂

I recently had to file a claim with Amazon due to the phone no longer connecting to the T-Mobile network. T-mobile confirmed with me that my phone's IMEI had been blocked due to non-payment. I used the phone for 3 months prior to this (conveniently outside of 90 day return window), with no issue. Then suddenly I could not connect to internet outside of wifi, make calls or send text. I was out of town at this time so I was highly upset due to how bad of a situation this could have been. I was informed by T-Mobile to contact Amazon. I was informed by Amazon to try to sort this with the seller. The seller refused me a refund saying that it feel outside of the 90 day window. They tried to blame T-mobile, and even proposed the issue may have been due to my own phone service bill. Completely refused to acknowledge that they sold me a phone fraudulently. I requested a refund due to not trusting the seller to give me a reliable phone (justifiably). But they refused and kept emphasizing the 90 day return window policy that did not even apply to my situation due to them selling me a financed phone that got blacklisted. I have settled this issue with Amazon claims. But highly discourage anyone buying a phone from this seller as they do not seem to have fully honest business practices. Buying from them does come with a risk of your phone being potentially blacklisted and unusable.

The phone is very good. It appears to be good though they didn't completely clean the camera lens as I see some dirt on it but it's all good. I supposedly to receive Silverblue color but I believed I received Silver but no big deal as I put it in a phone casing. So far the phone is working good and is compatible/compatibility with my boost mobile number on it. The camera looks good. Battery seems okay. It has not overheated on me. Came with a scratch on the screen which, while superficial, almost made me return them since it was advertised as being in excellent condition. I decided to put a screen protector on and that pretty much made the scratch vanish completely. Phone works freat and aside from the scratch, it is in perfect condition. Been using it for over a month now with no problems. Battery holds a charge well. Pen works. Camera works great and the storage was 1tb as advertised. Paid like 800 for a 1tb s25 ultra that seemed in near perfect condition to me, so I'm happy. Also had no issues connecting to MetroPcs.
