Nice phone. Like new. Unlocked, but Verizon doesn't seems to play well with their own SIM. After hours of fighting with their website and app trying to activate the phone on am existing line, I removed the SIM from the phone and used the app to download an eSIM. After that the phone immediately activated and has been working flawlessly since. My advice to others experiencing trouble activating unlocked phones on Verizon? Ditch the plastic SIM and download an eSIM using the Verizon app. As always, YMMV. ... show more

Do not buy from this seller if you are on Verizon. This phone will not be able to used due to their imei. I wasted two weeks trying my best to get things to work but after countless calls and trips to Verizon its was all worthless. This may be an “unlocked” phone but it was not compatible with my carrier Verizon. Dealing with this was one of the worst experiences I have had regarding a cellular device. I think the seller should somehow note that there may be issues getting this thing to work so people don’t think they’re getting a good deal. Don’t waste your time like me. ... show more

Dead on Arrival But the replacement was was a dream to set up. It copied over all of my contacts, apps and settings from my Galaxy S9 just the same way I originally had them set up. Basically a clone. I'm impressed with the HDR photo mode. I used to have to take 3 shots and manually patch them together for High Dynamic Range. About 5 months before i started to notice any regression on battery life. Besides that phone is great holding up super well. Ive dropped it a couple time and no cracks or damage. Everything transferred well but I had a samsung before so that was a given. Functional, set up was super easy. And ive been loving the ai features.
