Not 5 stars bc the phone randomly disconnects from wifi. I assume this is an issue with the new model and that it will be patched. I went from an Gs10 to a Gs25+ bc I couldn't find a new older model and since this was on sale and I had an additional discount this was the best price. Delivery was great, right on time and the phones factory box was sealed and intact inside the Amazon box. The phone is in perfect condition and seems to work fine. The camera is great especially compared to my old model lol. The quality of the screen is vibrant and clear. The battery seems efficient. My old model was very bad tho so I don't have a good reference. But it keeps charge well while I play mobile games like Pokémon go lol I have small hands so I'll have to get used to the size of the phone. But that's not a bad thing for me. Overall I'm very pleased. And my only issue is the wifi drops. Which aren't extremely frequent but still a bit annoying for a brand new phone so I hope Samsung patches the issue soon. ... show more

    • Great price for a brand new Samsung phone

I wanted to own a new phone at least once in my life, and took a friend's recommendation and went with a Samsung. Should it matter, I'm coming over from a brand I love -- LG -- specifically their V60 model. It took me a little while to get the hang of the new interface, but that didn't take long at all. Here's a comparison od some points between the old and new phone. The Samsung fits a higher resolution screen in roughly the same space as the V60 and, in terms of graphical quality and speed, it's a dramatic difference in favor of the Samsung. One of the cameras on the V60, I think it's the wide angle lens, is better -- but not so much that I notice it. The battery in the Samsung lasts a bit longer, but charges *dramatically* faster. Sound seems roughly the same to my best recollection, but I'll do more comparing between the two. One plus in favor of the Samsung is that it supports WiFi 7 to the LGs WiFi 6. Big WiFi speed boost if you have the right network. Another small point is the fingerprint scanner on the Samsung is easily able to read my print without having to be *exactly* on target, and it does it fast, too. Let's see... I'm getting a bit long winded here. I'm I had one tiny knock against the Samsung, it's that it doesn't have a jack for wired headphones like the LG. Of course nobody else does either, so I really can't hold that against them. Overall, it's a great price (I paid $700) on a new, unlocked Samsung phone -- even if it is last year's model. ... show more
