Shocked by the quality for the price. Beautiful wood backed up with a strong and clear sound. Tuner works brilliantly with a fantastic near instant response time. Great bag, with some extra accessories. One thing that really was TERRIBLE about this was the capo that was included. Honestly the worst capo I have ever used, super clumsy (Plastic) and awkward, I got a Bright green neon one as well so it was a total eye sore. It broke within the first week. But the guitar itself. Fantastic, I bought some elixer strings like I did for my $700 Wasburn guitar and honestly the sound quality is nearly exactly the same.

I did not like the strings. They were to heavy for the instrument. I changed out the strings with a set of Martin Lites and changed the whole sound of the guitar. I am not a proffessional musician but have played and owned many guitars. For the money this a pretty decent instrument. Sounds good and plays better since changed out the strings. Great for a beginner and not bad for an old picker like myself.

For those of you who know and those of you who don't, setting intonation on an acoustic guitar is difficult to say the least. This guitar's intonation was to be kind, bad. The saddle piece was far too tall so I sanded it down a bit which improved the intonation but was not close to enough. I had to heat the bridge with a heat gun remove it and place it in the proper position. If you know how to do that, these guitars are great all day long, and twice on Sunday. I did not know how to do it, had to learn, and made kind of a mess of the paint in that area. (Fortunately I'm not the kind of guy who cares about that) The tone of the guitar is great whether plugged or unplugged. I was going to remove a star for not using a strap button jack, but for $70, I'm not going to complain about that. The electronics feel really cheap, but they function well, even the equalizer. If BCP were to learn how to properly intonate an acoustic guitar, even the very poorly cut nut wouldn't have made me give it any less than a 5 star review.

WOW! I am truly amazed at the quality of sound both acoustic and with an amp! The electric onboard keys are easy to use and work quite well. (you do have to provide the 9 volt battery) Great for beginners has everything you need to start playing (except the 9 volt battery for using an amp) even has extra strings and comes already strung (very nice for beginners) the metal strings are crisp and responsive, the tuner is awesome! The soft case rocks! If you are a beginner you cant beat this package! If you want a nice sounding cheaper guitar for practice or taking outside to the fire this is it! My hat is off and I am amazed at this guitar and package! WOW!

My son wanted to learn guitar, but I didn't want to invest a lot not knowing if he'd stick with it. We ordered this 41in Full Size Acoustic Electric Cutaway Guitar. My older son plays guitar and has several expensive ones. He checked this one out and said it was a really good guitar for the money. Sound was good right out of the box. There was an issue with the case, but the guitar and other accessories were just fine. Looks like perhaps someone had opened and returned this particular guitar set. The seller made the situation right, and we are happy customers. Highly recommend Best Choice Products - they were great to work with and the guitar is exactly what they said it would be.
