I could have went with the Galaxy S25 Ultra, but didn't like that Samsung had done away with the Bluetooth functions of the stylus on the S25 Ultra. The screen is beautiful! The Sound is great. Charging speed is really fast and a great upgrade. The condition of this refurbished phone was immaculate and mint condition! The price was a good deal as well. The nice thing about refurbished products on Amazon is that they are guaranteed & they are inspected. Also if you think about it, whatever was gong to go wrong, already did! I got a full refund after involving Amazon support. Contacted seller after 2 different SIM didn't work. Seller said it was my phone carrier issue. Phone was LOCKED. YOUTUBE channel with same name as the seller, is a scam unlock channel. I hope Amazon stops this seller. I returned phone but I hope someone else doesn't buy it. ... show more

Packed with care. The phone looks perfect. It asked for an ATT SIM at first, but I just skipped that part and inserted my Mint card and it worked right away.

The media could not be loaded. I factory reset the phone as I googled what I can do about videos glitching out on me. And still has the same issue.
