    • They stole my money and never received the cellphone I originally ordered!
If I could leave zero Stars I would! Do not order from this company. They will ship it to a different address and even with the FedEx delivery Picture as proof that the cellphone was delivered to the wrong address. Chubbiestech will call me a liar and offer zero help to relocate the cellphone. They will refuse to refund me my money. I had to file a police report with Rochester Police department and FedEx claim. It's now going on 4 weeks of Amazon, FedEx and Chubbiestech causing me chest pain, sleepless night and extreme anxiety over the cell phone. They keep telling me as the customer it my responsibility to make sure the package is delivered to the correct address. Meanwhile my correct address is on the original shipping order! I have a email confirmation from Amazon that my address is the correct shipping address. Amazon has repeatedly lied to me regarding this cellphone matter. I have several printers conversation with different Amazon customers services supervisor who promised me a full refund and I never received the refund. Amazon investigation department's said that my a to z claim was denied twice due to the fact that Amazon said that the cellphone was delivered to the correct address! Meanwhile the cellphone was only retrieved by the Rochester Police department from the wrong address that FedEx delivery it to!⁰Someone else had the cellphone for 3 weeks! I have no idea what the individual who had the cellphone did to the cellphone. Amazon blames FedEx, FedEx blames Chubbiestech and Amazon. For some reason they all think that it's the customer responsible to fixed the mess they never created. Why should a customer have to go through this? I only wanted to order a cellphone and have it delivery to my correct address. It's 4 weeks now I have to file a claim with my bank, attorney general office and the better business bureau. If I didn't experience this I would never believe that Amazon, FedEx and Chubbiestech would treat a customer so horribly. I am probably have to fill a small claim the court house to get my refund. That my next steps. I have solid proof that Amazon denied my A to z claim because they claim that the cell phone was delivered to the correct address. I cleared prove that was not true. I printed every conversation with Amazon and Chubbiestech out. Hopefully a judge can help me resolve this situation. They fused to help me resolve this problem. The seller only said that FedEx said it was delivered to the correct address. Amazon refused to help me resolve this on going issue. So unless you want to be called a liar. Unless you have plenty of time to chase down a missing packages and time to call Amazon, FedEx and Chubbiestech a million times. Unless you have plenty of time to file FedEx delivery claim,police reports, bank claim , attorney general office claim, Better business bureau claims and a small claim to court file. This company will only steal your money but you will not get the product that you paid for! Don't order anything from them! ... show more

Kind of figure you buy something so fragile it would come packaged tight in a box but nope. Came in a bubble wrap split inside an envelope. Also only came with a cord no brick.
