I just received this last night and I'm pretty happy with it so far. This is the first time buying a refurbished phone or any unlocked phone, so was slightly concerned but it looks good and is working great. The bad, if I want to nitpick: There is one little, maybe 1/8", scratch on the screen that I noted in the picture. It is not at all noticeable when the phone is on and I had to try to even capture it in a photo with the phone off. It sits so low on the screen that I will probably never even feel it during normal operation. The good, everything works and is in great shape other than the tiny scratch. Every function test through the Samsung Members app checks out. The Battery test shows it as "Good" and is down to only 82% today after running it all day with the screen appearance cranked to max so pretty sure that isn't going to be a problem. All buttons feel good with solid response and no visible signs that the screen was removed or replaced. It appears to be a carrier unlocked phone originally with AT&T, gauging from the splash screen. I was able to just put my old Verizon SIM card in and that prompted to switch the carrier software over so now it appears like any other verizon phone on startup. I didn't have any problem with it still being a locked phone and didn't need to contact any carrier to perform the switch over. Data transfer was also easy using Samsung Smart Switch, aside from a lot of photos and music I decided to transfer manually off the old sdcard from the old Note9 because hundreds of gigs is going to take a while. But all apps and data so far appear to have come over seamlessly. I had been looking at the S26 Ultra as well as an upgrade but decided I wasn't ready to give up on a bluetooth S-pen yet. Under $700 taxed and shipped was a pretty good deal for this phone and it is still a very large upgrade from my old phone. I will probably buy another few year old refurbished phone again once this reaches end of life support on updates. Direct Certified was the seller on this and I would recommend.

I was a little nervous about buying a renewed phone, but I'm extremely happy with this purchase. The phone arrived in excellent condition and works perfectly. It only has a couple of very small scratches on the bottom edge that are barely noticeable and do not affect the overall appearance. The display is flawless, the cameras are outstanding, and the battery life has been excellent. Everything works exactly as it should. I also carefully inspected the phone and found no signs of previous repairs, replaced internal components, or tampering. It feels and performs like a genuine Samsung device. I was especially happy to receive the SM-S928U1 Factory Unlocked model, which is Samsung's official factory unlocked version and works perfectly with my carrier. Overall, the phone looks and performs almost like new. It was packaged well, arrived safely, and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

Need to upgrade my phone. Was a very good price compared to other websites. Came in brand new condition. The camera I was blown away how good the quality was compared to my old device. Just as good as the iPhone 17. The battery life last considerably longer. The color quality can be adjusted to be more vibrant. If I could leave zero Stars I would! Do not order from this company. They will ship it to a different address and even with the FedEx delivery Picture as proof that the cellphone was delivered to the wrong address. Chubbiestech will call me a liar and offer zero help to relocate the cellphone. They will refuse to refund me my money. I had to file a police report with Rochester Police department and FedEx claim. It's now going on 4 weeks of Amazon, FedEx and Chubbiestech causing me chest pain, sleepless night and extreme anxiety over the cell phone. They keep telling me as the customer it my responsibility to make sure the package is delivered to the correct address. Meanwhile my correct address is on the original shipping order! I have a email confirmation from Amazon that my address is the correct shipping address. Amazon has repeatedly lied to me regarding this cellphone matter. I have several printers conversation with different Amazon customers services supervisor who promised me a full refund and I never received the refund. Amazon investigation department's said that my a to z claim was denied twice due to the fact that Amazon said that the cellphone was delivered to the correct address! Meanwhile the cellphone was only retrieved by the Rochester Police department from the wrong address that FedEx delivery it to!⁰Someone else had the cellphone for 3 weeks! I have no idea what the individual who had the cellphone did to the cellphone. Amazon blames FedEx, FedEx blames Chubbiestech and Amazon. For some reason they all think that it's the customer responsible to fixed the mess they never created. Why should a customer have to go through this? I only wanted to order a cellphone and have it delivery to my correct address. It's 4 weeks now I have to file a claim with my bank, attorney general office and the better business bureau. If I didn't experience this I would never believe that Amazon, FedEx and Chubbiestech would treat a customer so horribly. I am probably have to fill a small claim the court house to get my refund. That my next steps. I have solid proof that Amazon denied my A to z claim because they claim that the cell phone was delivered to the correct address. I cleared prove that was not true. I printed every conversation with Amazon and Chubbiestech out. Hopefully a judge can help me resolve this situation. They fused to help me resolve this problem. The seller only said that FedEx said it was delivered to the correct address. Amazon refused to help me resolve this on going issue. So unless you want to be called a liar. Unless you have plenty of time to chase down a missing packages and time to call Amazon, FedEx and Chubbiestech a million times. Unless you have plenty of time to file FedEx delivery claim,police reports, bank claim , attorney general office claim, Better business bureau claims and a small claim to court file. This company will only steal your money but you will not get the product that you paid for! Don't order anything from them!

Phone works perfectly, I was surprised by the addition of screen protector, it's a necessity for this phone and its fantastic of the sellers to include it pre-installed. Battery life never let's me down, especially coming from a S20 FE, it's a night and day difference. Phone comes pre-installed with One UI 7.5 but is upgradeable to 8.5 + another 5 years (as I'm writing this) the condition lives up to the name. I couldn't find any scratches of any sorts. The screen being a Samsung panel is beautiful. The best screen I've ever used so far. 10/10 from me.

I'm so happy, I've wanted this phone for a whileeeee, & took me a whileeee to finally save up & with tax it came to $916.00. The battery life is awesome! Like i stay at 100% for a long time & stay in the 95+% percent for longer than i ever thought & longer than i ever experienced on any of my other devices/tablets/nintendo switch, etc! I was scared it wasn't going to be fully unlocked buying from a new seller & reading reviews on amazon on other sellers & how much i was paying but IT WAS UNLOCKED. My sim worked in it right away. Shipping speed was so much FASTER than expected delivery date! My expected delivery date was December 10, 2024 but i believe i got a text that i had a package to pick up at my local post office December 5, 2024 after noon. So it came 5 days earlier. It actually came BEFORE my phone case & my phone case was sopposed to come first! If anyone is curious about the phone case i have on it is the i-Blasion Cosmo Magsafe case w/ built in screen protector & camera cover & kick stand for Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Phone connected to my Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 44mm & my Samsung Galaxy buds 2 pretty fast. Display is big & flawless. Functionality is better than I expected, it looks amazing and there are no scratches and no blemishes. Phone looks and works like it is brand new so far so good... i haven't had it but alittle over a week or maybe 8ish days & so far so great 👍 👌 😌. I was scared at first because this was all the money I had so I had to find a seller that was honest & a phone that was in like new condition & actually matched that description & was scared I would get a phone was not fully unlocked or that had scratches especially buying from a seller for the first time. This seller was honest. I spoke with in message before and after order & they told me it was in like new condition. I'm upgrading from the 2020 Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G that I dropped & cracked the screen this was a HUGE upgrade for me! Only thing that made me nervous on the first day was when I started charging the device straight out of the box the phone started getting noticeably warm but not hot in the middle of the phone on the back but it went away when I turned my screen light down a bit, turned on battery saver, & tweaked a few settings in the phone, so I'll be keeping an eye pm that but so far since that one time everything has been good for the 8 days I've had it. Will be buying again from this seller. As I need a new phone for my son & my partner. Seller was nice, sent replies relatively quickly & was informative! The value for money was well spent. So ive been thinking of getting an S24 Ultra for some time now, was waiting for some kind of deal but really you only see decent deals for trade ins and even then your phone has to be decently new to get something substantial. Buying the phone from Verizon requires you to either get the ridiculously expensive and unnecessary highest plan they offer and be locked into it for 36 months, not for me. Purchasing the phone with 512GB anywhere is between 1200-1300 dollars new. So I stumbled upon Amazon renewed through Celltraders. I figured I would take a gamble, if I saw anything alarming like damage or anything non working I had enough faith in Amazons return process to give it a go. I paid the extra 10 dollars to get expidited shipping (which I would not recommend since it comes with basically no guarantee as it was delayed, did not get delivered on the Saturday, or Sunday, and instead tried to be delivered on Monday with signature required while I was at work) Lesson learned, dont bother with the expidited shipping if you are east coast as it is coming from Brooklyn NY. Ok, so the phone is ordered, I finally navigate the issues that are the USPS (not at all the fault of Celltraders or Amazon in my opinion) I receive the phone and it comes in a generic white box, generic brick and wire and a sim card tool. BUT to my surprise, the phone is in perfect condition. I could not find a single scratch, mark, skuff, blemish to call out. It came shipped wrapped in buble wrap and a plastic screen protector to help during transit. Immedietly took the phone, slapped a tempered glass screen protector and case on it and it is basically brand new. I set up the phone using smart switch and checked the battery to see it was in perfect condition. Overall I am surprised that it appears to be a brand new phone, no indications that something was replaced or amiss, doesnt even look like it was used once. I almost think it was purchased, tried out and someone returned it (probably coming from an Isheep and had to go back) . Essentially I was able to get the 512Gb version for $1000 and the only "sacrifice" I made was not getting the original Box, booklet or cord. I bought my own 45w brick and cords from Anker so this was irrelevant to me. I had a good experience and would do this again, but you also have to be prepared to set up the phone yourself, transfer data over yourself, activate the sim yourself (either by swapping your old one in there or going to the store to get a new one). So it is not as intiuitive as just buying from the Verizon store or whatever Cell phone provider you use, but it sure does save you money doing it this way. But you are taking a gamble as one previous review states, and if something is wrong you have to pay return shipping. Hopefully if you pull the trigger you have no issues like I did.
