    • Great Phone Bad Customer Service
The phone works great! However, the rep I spoke to when I thought my phone was locked didn't provide the type of customer service I thought she should have. On Jan 2nd I received my phone. Took it to T-Mobile to help me get it activated. They believed it was still locked. Call Re Cell customer service dpt and spoke to a young lady who clearly wasn't interested in helping me with this problem. She stated that if I believe the phone is locked then I'd have to wait till Thursday Jan 8th before a tech can help. She made it sound like this was my only option which I begrudgingly took. She was suppose to email me a confirmation but what I got instead was a link to book my own date and time which was not available on Jan 8th. Disgusted I decided to go another route and got help another way and was eventually able to get my phone turned on Jan 2nd, Sunday afternoon. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. ... show more

This phone was supposed to be unlocked. For the first six months, no issues, worked great with my at&t prepaid sim card. The out of blue, my phone iemi is locked and I have to pay to get it unlocked. Such a scam!!!! Beware!

Works with T-Mobile and I am sure it works with other carries as it comes unlocked. It looks brand new with no blemishes on the screen or any other part of the phone. I will recommend this vendor.
