Prime Cellutions (one of many entities under the Amazon Renewed store) delivered this item (S24+ 256Gb Black, unlocked) a day faster than promised and it arrived well packed in what appears new condition - zero scratches and unlocked as promised. Also included was a USB-C 20W UL listed wall wart, short C to C cable and screen protector. When first turned on you should be aware that the previous carriers splash screen and ecosystem may appear installed but this will be replaced with your carriers when the sim/esim is updated to your carrier. SIM status was listed as no SIM restrictions - and indication of unlocked-ness. After moving my SIM to this phone it connected to Verizon immediately and worked great. Using SmartSwitch to migrate from previous phone worked smoothly and I was up and running after about an hour of migration (via wifi in my case.) Be advised there are many different sellers under the Amazon Renewed storefront, so this review is specific to my interaction with Prime Cellutions - your mileage may vary with different sellers but I will definitely consider Prime Cellutions again. ... show more

The Samsung Galaxy S24+ has quickly become one of the best phones I’ve ever used. It hits a perfect balance between power, size, and features without feeling overkill or overly bulky. Display – Bright, Smooth, and Gorgeous The screen is absolutely stunning. The high-refresh AMOLED display makes everything feel buttery smooth, from scrolling social media to gaming. Colors are vibrant without looking cartoonish, and the brightness is strong enough that I can see it clearly outdoors in direct sunlight. Watching YouTube, Netflix, or TikTok on this phone honestly feels like a mini high-end TV in my hand. Performance – Fast, Fluid, and Reliable Everyday performance is flawless. Apps open instantly, multitasking is effortless, and the phone doesn’t stutter even when I’m switching between games, streaming, and messaging. It handles heavy games and multitasking like it’s nothing. I haven’t noticed any real lag or slowdown, and everything just feels incredibly responsive. Battery Life – Easily Gets Through the Day Battery life has been excellent. I finally upgraded to the S24+ after having an S20 FE for several years. I loved that phone, however, I like this one even more. The phone was refurbished but seemed to be pretty much in perfect condition. I'm only giving the phone 4 stars because it didn't arrive in it's original box or packaging. However, it did come with the original accessories so that was nice. I'm not particularly techy or picky when it comes to phones, but it works fine and does everything I need it to do without an issue. I like the sleek look along with the color (purple is my favorite color so naturally I had to get Cobalt Violet) and the phone has a sturdy feel to it. Unless something crazy happens, I plan on keeping this phone for the next few years and recommend it to anyone who is also looking to upgrade. ... show more

The phone itself is great. Excellent condition, no knicks, dents, scratches. Screen is excellent, I have no issues with the phone itself. The ROM that was loaded however is another story. Whoever did the refurb did a great job externally but the software side is ridiculous. When I went to check it for updates I got a message that this software was incompatible and no update was possible. The fix was to download the correct ROM and install it. I've been doing phone tech for a long time so I was able to accomplish this, though it cost me an extra 3 hours of downloads/installs and FINALLY Samsung system updates. 5 stars for the exterior, 1 star for the software experience. 3 star average. ... show more
