The phone received was t-mobile locked as promised, not metro-pcs as some have complained. The quality of the phone is near perfect, no scratches, brand new in feel. Phones are subjective, but I believe it would suit most people who realize they don't the current model year to be happy. Its fast, it takes great photos, the battery lasts, it runs modern apps, it has modern gps, bluetooth and wifi, it does wireless charging and reverse charging for your earbuds or watch. What more do you want or need? In summary it delivers all the value of a flagship without the cost. One final thought and piece of advice: Spending double or more to get more drive space doesn't make sense when you realize you'll need to transfer all those photos and videos at end of phone life. Sync to cloud, your media is already headed to a cloud or pc in the end, just get them there and you'll be happier and less stressed when its time to switch. If spending money on cloud drives you crazy, use a free service like google and download it to your pc, but you'll want a cloud service for permanence in the end. Great phone is working perfect just as if it were new! I bought it for my son. I have a galaxy S25 and I have been using Galaxy phones all these years. It is my prefered phone. This one even though is S24 is very similar to the S25 and works as good as new. I recommend it.

I am contacting you regarding the phone purchased from your store. I recently took the device to T-Mobile to activate it, and they refused to connect it. T-Mobile confirmed that this phone is blacklisted and blocked due to non-payment by the original owner. Your customer service team has refused a return based on a 90-day warranty guarantee window. However, this is not a warranty claim for a malfunctioning phone; this is a case of fraud. A third-party seller cannot legally sell a product that has an outstanding unpaid financial balance, rendering the device completely unusable. I experienced a severe family emergency that delayed my activation attempt, but a family issue does not change the fact that I was sold fraudulent merchandise. Please issue a full refund immediately and provide a prepaid shipping label to return the device. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate this fraud claim directly to my financial institution for a chargeback, report the transaction to the e-commerce platform safety department, and file an official complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). I received the s24fe in excellent condition it was locked on to AT&t and started up and worked perfect I'm very happy with it I like the weight I added a screen protector just right up to 100% and it was a perfect size

My phone arrived today from Hybrid IT. They had very high reviews so I figured, best bet. I bought for $300 before tax, 2 devices left, & the next day it was 1 left, with a $40+ mark up. I took an unboxing video in case this phone wasn't excellent condition & other issues. I ordered the mint green S24 fe. The phone I received is black. I ordered s24 fe case, & it's too large. I started charging this device, came with 10% battery, & once it was 25% I powered on & went to "about phone" to check model & IMEI#. Firstly, I've been sent what looks like a brand new device, albeit black. 2nd, this is a s24+ with 12gb ram & 256gb storage in lieu of the 8/128gb phone I ordered. The case is far larger than necessary although both devices are 6.7 inches. It's because the s24+ has thinner bezels & premium build quality. My IMEI# appears to not be blacklisted, thank God! I would have been pleased with the phone I ordered, but naturally, I'm far more happy to have received a superior device in every aspect. I was fine with an Exynos 2400e processor. I received a phone with way more everything, including screen resolution, & a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. I've instantly ordered a new case for the actual device sent. Will keep the s24 fe case in "case" I ever get a FE for my son or anyone else I know. Couldn't be happier, but I've only had the phone for an hour, so hopefully everything works out. I would definitely recommend buying the s24 fe from HYBRID IT, because you might just receive a far superior device, & I'm confident you'll receive what you paid for at minimum. Great condition (I purchased excellent) battery life isn't the greatest but most phones aren't great in that category. Takes great quality pictures. Runs fast and let's you have a bunch of tabs open at once without lagging. Does get warm fast though but hopefully I won't feel it once I receive the case I ordered. Listed as T-Mobile network, however network will not allow access for my T-Mobile SIM; this item is falsely advertised. Also lists 3.5mm headphone jack, no jack present. The phone itself is great, runs super smooth and no issues with any apps. I didn't even realize it wasn't on the network until I lost wi-fi; the wi-fi calling feature took over so I received calls and texts to my number like normal so it wasn't apparent until it tried running on the T-Mobile network alone.
