The phone received was t-mobile locked as promised, not metro-pcs as some have complained. The quality of the phone is near perfect, no scratches, brand new in feel. One final thought and piece of advice: Spending double or more to get more drive space doesn't make sense when you realize you'll need to transfer all those photos and videos at end of phone life. Sync to cloud, your media is already headed to a cloud or pc in the end, just get them there and you'll be happier and less stressed when its time to switch. If spending money on cloud drives you crazy, use a free service like google and download it to your pc, but you'll want a cloud service for permanence in the end. I am contacting you regarding the phone purchased from your store. I recently took the device to T-Mobile to activate it, and they refused to connect it. T-Mobile confirmed that this phone is blacklisted and blocked due to non-payment by the original owner. Your customer service team has refused a return based on a 90-day warranty guarantee window. However, this is not a warranty claim for a malfunctioning phone; this is a case of fraud. A third-party seller cannot legally sell a product that has an outstanding unpaid financial balance, rendering the device completely unusable. I experienced a severe family emergency that delayed my activation attempt, but a family issue does not change the fact that I was sold fraudulent merchandise. Please issue a full refund immediately and provide a prepaid shipping label to return the device. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate this fraud claim directly to my financial institution for a chargeback, report the transaction to the e-commerce platform safety department, and file an official complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). Phone arrived unlocked and in good working order. There was one visible scratch on the screen that I didn't expect, but I reached out to the sellers who apologised and worked with me. Other than that, excellent phone and I hope to enjoy it for years to come (I don't update my phone regularly)!!!

There was an issue with the phone. Not the condition, the condition was excellent. T-Mobile blacklisted it. 6 months after I activated it. Which was suspicious. I went back to the vendor I bought it from, understandably miffed, and I noticed all the negative reviews concerned T-Mobile phones. This is the third one TMobile has blacklisted of mine since November. And this seller here on Amazon is getting the brunt of the blame. TMobile is trying to force its customers to buy phones directly from them I am assuming. The seller here on Amazon took the phone back and sent me back another, unlocked one. No questions asked, just one screenshot of the IMEI number. Very solid. Which is probably the besy bet. Unlocked. Don't buy a T-Mobile phone they will eventually tell you you stole your own bought and paid for phone. I would definitely do business with this vendor again. ... show more
