The phone received was t-mobile locked as promised, not metro-pcs as some have complained. The quality of the phone is near perfect, no scratches, brand new in feel. One final thought and piece of advice: Spending double or more to get more drive space doesn't make sense when you realize you'll need to transfer all those photos and videos at end of phone life. Sync to cloud, your media is already headed to a cloud or pc in the end, just get them there and you'll be happier and less stressed when its time to switch. If spending money on cloud drives you crazy, use a free service like google and download it to your pc, but you'll want a cloud service for permanence in the end. Can't think of any (reasonable) improvement I would make to this phone at the price point I got it for. With support from Samsung until 2031, I know I'm going to keep this phone for a long time. The camera is an (although minor) improvement from my S21, giving me detailed, color accurate photos. In battery saver, my phone gives me about 10hrs with no noticeable decrease in performance. (about 6-7 hrs without batt saver) Charge time is pretty average for flagships but still plenty fast. The size is almost perfect and the screen is very bright in sunlight with tiny bezels. Fingerprint reader also is a significant improvement from the terrible S21. 10/10 for the price ... show more

I am contacting you regarding the phone purchased from your store. I recently took the device to T-Mobile to activate it, and they refused to connect it. T-Mobile confirmed that this phone is blacklisted and blocked due to non-payment by the original owner. Your customer service team has refused a return based on a 90-day warranty guarantee window. However, this is not a warranty claim for a malfunctioning phone; this is a case of fraud. A third-party seller cannot legally sell a product that has an outstanding unpaid financial balance, rendering the device completely unusable. I experienced a severe family emergency that delayed my activation attempt, but a family issue does not change the fact that I was sold fraudulent merchandise. Please issue a full refund immediately and provide a prepaid shipping label to return the device. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate this fraud claim directly to my financial institution for a chargeback, report the transaction to the e-commerce platform safety department, and file an official complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). Update (3/26): Recently, the s24fe phone itself stopped working, "emergency calls only". I was still able to call through WiFi. Took it to T-Mobile to see what is wrong. They first thought it was the Sim card, as it's old. It was replaced in store. Still didn't work, flashed 5G briefly before going back to "emergency calls only". The tech did a quick IMEI check and found the phone had been blacklisted due to non-payment. Reached out to Seller to find out what was going on and let them know what T-Mobile told me, along with photos. They sent a return label immediately. Once I was able to send it back, I received a refund for the purchase. They were very professional about it and made right the error. (01/26) I bought a used S24 fe from Re-Cel. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the product was packaged and sent. They are proud of their product and service by providing contact information upon receiving the product. This is a locked to a cellular company, which is fine as I use them. The phone's condition was exactly as described for an "excellent" condition. Screen is 100% perfect, body 95% good, and battery condition is great. I had to wait a bit to start using this because I use my phone as a medical device to manage my diabetes. The phone was in excellent condition no scratches on the screen it was pretty nice I ordered Blue off Amazon but it came in black which is better and the color I wanted anyway I am happy with this phone I would recommend buying from these people, So far the phone feels like it's new And from what I can tell the phone can handle at least 7 hours or 8 hours of YouTube I'm pretty happy with this I just hope the color difference doesn't effect my insurance because it's black not blue and it was $74 for 2ys insurance ... show more
