I just had my Galaxy s23 ultra 1 TB arrive a couple days ago. The phone itself is in really good condition. I don't know if it's a refurbished one or a brand new one. But it looks brand new. I had a Galaxy s 23 ultra previously that had less storage on it and had a couple other issues. The finger print sensor and Bluetooth pen wasn't working on my previous phone. So upgrading to this one is really nice. It's working really fast and having no issues. My only complaint would be the shipping. But that wasn't on the company shipping it. I'm assuming it was FedEx's fault. Because I spent $50 for overnight. But it ended up still taking them like 5 days to deliver it. So really that's on FedEx. But this phone seems to be in really good condition. It also came with a double sided type C cable and a type C cable box. It arrived in bubble wrap inside of a phone size box. So the company selling it took good care in packaging it. I'd buy from them again. ... show more

I bought this refurbished Samsung S23 Ultra and I’m very happy with the purchase. The phone arrived in excellent condition, with no visible scratches and with great battery performance. It works like new: the screen is amazing, the camera quality is impressive, and the system runs super smoothly. The only downside is that it didn’t come with the original box, but it was well protected and included a charger. For the price I paid compared to a new one, the value for money is excellent. Decent quality phone. Has a few weird issues, but i dunno if that's the sellers fault. That might be Samsung's fault. Overall, it's been decent. They get 3 stars for giving me a charger that doesn't work. I ordered two phones and neither charger worked. Then when I told them they only credited me 15 dollars, which isn't even enough to buy a Samsung charger. They also kept telling me there's nothing wrong with the chargers and they've never heard this before. Neither one would charge. They would work for about 2 minutes and then get SO burning hot that the phone would start turning the charging off and on nonstop until you unplugged it. I was busy doing things so I didn't realize at first, but this went on for like an hour and the phone never charged. They tried to say that's how it's supposed to work. Ummm no! I tried over and over and every time it just got burning hot after a few minutes and started shutting off and on nonstop. When i tried my old charger that i had it worked perfectly fine. They tried to say that's how fast charging works. It gets hot and shuts off until it cools and then starts charging again. That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. That's not true. It never cooled down and it never stopped turning on and off every few seconds. And it sure as hell wasn't fast charging. After an hour it still hadn't charged at all... obviously, since it kept turning on and off nonstop. It was so hot it almost burned my hand. It made me super mad that they tried to say I was wrong and their chargers weren't defective. They were super defective and that wasn't just one charger it was both they sent. They even tried saying it must be the phone. I was like it works perfect with my old charger. It's not the phone. I prob wouldn't purchase again unless I had no other choice and, if I did, I would probably try a different seller next time.
