This phone was not able to be activated by ATT and I had to pay a restocking fee. I do love my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, but I had to purchase it from ATT. Or did ATT scam me??

I have At&T carrier. I lost $110 on this phone. I tried to connect to WiFi at different places, but it would not connect to the Internet. I went to At&T store and they told me that I should return this phone because WiFi is not working. And they tried several routers. I could not set up my phone without Internet..... So I returned the phone. Apparently there was a restocking fee for not functioning phone of $90. And I had to pay for shipping both ways. Seller told me that the phone was totally functional and they are charging me the restocking fee?!. The phone itself looked amazing, brand new sealed box. I totally loved it ... ... show more
