i bought my phone from Prime Mobility and after inspection it look great no crack or issues on the screen but when you try to update the software it said firmware not supported and after looking a little bit in setting it is not factory unlocked but carrier unlocked, it was a Verizon phone that had been unlocked and it could not get the recent updates from Samsung so paying 400.00 for a phone that was not able to update was in my book not a good choice, this phone was bought for my son as i have the s22u in white with 512gb storage that i bought from Samsung when it first came out so i have all the recent updates and the phone is a great phone but not from the seller as these are only carrier unlocked phones not factory unlocked as there is a difference. ... show more

It's such a beautiful phone, I have been a galaxy user since I can remember. I had an s10 plus and was needing an upgrade. The phone is big, but that isn't a problem for me, I adjusted in a couple days. It's fast, the battery life is decent. It's not as perfect as one may like but it also isn't an issue. I always have to charge it sometime throughout the day and at night, granted I'm on my phone A LOT. The Camara is amazing, just a slight better than the s10 plus but not by too much. I have had zero problems as far as it being refurbished. If I didn't know I wouldn't have even noticed the difference, I will be purchasing all my phone this way from now on, not one scratch, nor dent. It's well worth the money you pay for it . No tengo quejas respecto al celular, compre la versión de excelentes condiciones y el celular de verdad llego en excelentes condiciones. Mi única razón por la cual no di 5 estrellas es porque el paquete fue muy simple, la verdad que cuando lo vi fue tan básico que pensé que incluso iba a venir estropeado, por suerte viene con buena protección pero es un poco decepcionante pagar una buena cantidad comprar el mejor de los servicios y parecer que estas abriendo un paquete cualquiera, el cargador apesar que en la descripción advierte que no es el original pensé que al menos iba a ser aceptable, también fue algo decepcionante ya que el celular estaba descargado al llegar y no pude quitarme las ansias de explorarlo bien al principio porque el cargador no estaba cargando básicamente nada. Si mejoraran la calidad del cargador y el empaquetado, definitivamente serían 5 estrellas, me encanta el celular. Phone wasn't fully unlocked. My carrier activated it but it can only be partially activated. Only thing that purchasing this phone did for me was cause me grief. I couldn't use it and I returned it to the seller. And now my money is tied up for Lord only knows how long. You sure didn't mind taking my money for this jail breaked hacked pos but now I have to wait for my money to be refunded. This entire purchase has done nothing but cause me grief I got this dang thing for my autistic son. Thanks a hole hell of a lot for selling me this pos. Word of warning to ANYONE buying a cellphone from Amazon don't. I have learned most of the phones on here are NOT completely unlocked from the previous owner and carrier. ... show more

Using the phone right now to actually text up this review it does a really good job all the functions are there the only weird thing that I found out was when I took it out the box maybe the battery was discharged a bit because it wouldn't charge initially but after plugging in the charger a few times and starting up the charger speeds it just started charging regularly every day from then on which is about a few months now it's pretty fast phone has a decent amount of memory and a pretty good value for the money if you want to break into the AI market on the phone side without spending so much. ... show more
