i got the "excellent" refurbished s22 ultra. i can see where maybe the previous owner may hav dropped it on the corner, and maybe cracked the screen, idk tho, everythings been fixed, but its barely noticeable, especially with a case on it. phone looks brand new. speed is waay faster and display is brighter than my note9. slightly bigger, a little heavier. less slippery. i tested out the 4 cameras, ultra-wide, 1x, 3x and 10x looks good. no cracks or scratches. the S-pen is legit. has Bluetooth. button works. always check the S-pen. phone upgrades to android 14 which has some AI features, which is interesting, but i probably wont use em. and it does have 5G Ultra Capacity for Tmobile. my Note20 had "5G" also but it was the Ultra wide band, that was slow and useless. This product seemed perfect at first. I have always bought my phones refurbished and unlocked from Amazon and have never had any issues. The model of the phone itself is awesome and the camera is perfect. Which is a huge reason I went with this model. I was constantly getting compliments on the quality of my photos. I have zero complaints about the phone make/model. It also came to me looking brand new and in excellent condition. The phone seemed to work flawlessly for the first month and half that I had it. I had no issues at all and then one day it just stopped connecting to my network carrier. It worked completely fine until I would leave anywhere that I had wifi and then I would not be able to use my phone as a phone. I wasn't able to send or receive calls or do anything that required internet unless I was connected to wifi. Including google maps when I was trying to navigate somewhere. I tried troubleshooting a bunch of different ways including removing my SIM card and putting it back in, and I spent over an hour on the phone with AT&T who told me to clear my cache in my internet browser which seemed to work for about an hour then it would tell me "No network coverage available" anytime I tried to do anything. It wasn't my carriers issue because everyone else on my plan had zero coverage issues. I went back and read more of the negative reviews on here and realized I wasn't alone with this issue. Like I said, I'd never had any problems like this before with buying refurbished phones on Amazon. I don't know if this seller is bad, or the device itself just had some computing issues. When I requested an exchange for my phone I was told that they didn't have any more available and that I would have to receive a refund only available on the card that I used to purchase it. I ended up just going to AT&T and buying the new Galaxy S24 Ultra and I LOVE it. Unfortunately this experience has probably ruined my buying refurbished phones for me, and I will probably just end up spending the extra money for a new one from now on. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Well it’s written that it’s unlocked but it wasn’t. I contacted them and they answered 2-3 days if I remember it correctly. Luckily they gave me the NETWORK PIN CODE. So just to be sure that YOU CONTACT AND ASK THEM FOR IT. But for the value for money, this is WORTH IT! Yes it had some scratches here and there but I don’t mind. It’s just in the sides and bottom of the phone anyway, and I use case so it doesn’t bother me that much. I bought this phone to have another ANDROID phone since I have more faith in android than iPhone (sorry fans), because for me it does more, and I can do more in android. So coming from iPhone mini 12, to S22U, it’s not that easy in size difference. But the phone itself is easy to use. it comes with cord and CHARGER BRICK! It's C to C charger as well! Thank you for that, I got the fast charger out of the box!! I can’t say about durability because from what I know, the phone that has been opened or “renewed” is not as durable as the new one especially when it comes to WATER RESISTANCE. But other than that, I guess this is STILL AN AWESOME SAMSUNG PHONE FOR 2024. Been using it since July. So I can really say it's a good buy. Edit: Sept 2025 now. My phone fell not from so high, usually from my sling bag or from my hand when my nephew's accidentally bump in to me, it got crack on its back. Buuuut still works great. How I deal with it? My case is usually clear since then, because I want to show color or photos behind my phone. So the solution? UPGRADE.... just the color though! Phone works fine so why change?! Hahahaha! Just get a skin! In a span of a year, I made my black phone to BLUE and MINT (GREEN). Currently mint green as of now. 😁 ... show more
