I bought this refurbished Samsung S23 Ultra and I’m very happy with the purchase. The phone arrived in excellent condition, with no visible scratches and with great battery performance. It works like new: the screen is amazing, the camera quality is impressive, and the system runs super smoothly. The only downside is that it didn’t come with the original box, but it was well protected and included a charger. For the price I paid compared to a new one, the value for money is excellent. The screen is massive and crystal clear. I don’t need reading glasses to see texts, emails, or maps anymore. The colors pop, and the brightness makes it easy to see even in sunlight. Battery life? Outstanding. I use this all day for work, navigation, music, and catching up on the news, and I still have juice left when I go to bed. The phone came in on time, and packaged securely. It arrived in very good condition, just some very minor scuffs on the screen, which are hard to notice with the screen off. There was some dust on the s-pen but I cleaned it off no problem and have had no functional problems with it. I was able to connect it to my Verizon network with no issues, and was able to verify that it is a real Galaxy S23 Ultra (IMEI/SN checks). The battery life has been great, especially since upgrading to android 15. I get great signal with it, calls are clear, the speakers are insane, and the screen is nice and bright. It is a big and moderately bulky phone because of the squared off corners. I personally like this, but if you have small hands you're going to want a good grip case. Decent quality phone. Has a few weird issues, but i dunno if that's the sellers fault. That might be Samsung's fault. Overall, it's been decent. They get 3 stars for giving me a charger that doesn't work. I ordered two phones and neither charger worked. Then when I told them they only credited me 15 dollars, which isn't even enough to buy a Samsung charger. They also kept telling me there's nothing wrong with the chargers and they've never heard this before. Neither one would charge. They would work for about 2 minutes and then get SO burning hot that the phone would start turning the charging off and on nonstop until you unplugged it. I was busy doing things so I didn't realize at first, but this went on for like an hour and the phone never charged. They tried to say that's how it's supposed to work. Ummm no! I tried over and over and every time it just got burning hot after a few minutes and started shutting off and on nonstop. When i tried my old charger that i had it worked perfectly fine. They tried to say that's how fast charging works. It gets hot and shuts off until it cools and then starts charging again. That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. That's not true. It never cooled down and it never stopped turning on and off every few seconds. And it sure as hell wasn't fast charging. After an hour it still hadn't charged at all... obviously, since it kept turning on and off nonstop. It was so hot it almost burned my hand. It made me super mad that they tried to say I was wrong and their chargers weren't defective. They were super defective and that wasn't just one charger it was both they sent. They even tried saying it must be the phone. I was like it works perfect with my old charger. It's not the phone. I prob wouldn't purchase again unless I had no other choice and, if I did, I would probably try a different seller next time. They still get 3 stars since the phone works for the most part. ... show more
