The Android phone I originally purchased had a business account installed that could not be unlocked or worked around. I wasted hours on the phone with Verizon support, Samsung support, and Knox Security support. They all told me I had to send the phone back. I assumed I had been scammed because SoonerSoft's name doesn't show up as the seller on Amazon (only on the purchase receipt). Additionally, the 'returns' section on Amazon is blocked and you can't call in support, only text. Additionally, their business card didn't have their company name or logo. When I finally did get through to them via their website and email, they were responsive, understanding and fixed the issue quickly by sending me a replacement phone and a pre-paid return ship mailer to send back the locked device. When I did get the replacement phone, the charger didn't work. So I ended up keeping the original charger they sent. A little bit of a headache, but it all worked out in the end and I believe, other than some spotty quality control, this seller is legit and does care about their buyers. ... show more

Phone is too big. It doesn't fit well in pocket. Clumsy to hold, even to someone with large hands. Sorry I purchased this phone.

    • It's a little slow and the Fingerprint reader is the worst I have ever seen
Overall not a bad Phone. Its my first Samsung so not the most impressive either. It is Slow, slightly hanging up at times. It also has a really crappy fingerprint reader. I had iPhone(s) years ago then Pixel2 which was awesome and the best finger print reader I ever had. Pixel 4 was a total let down mainly because it did away with the amazing fingerprint reader for facial recognition only which during COVID was a Pain in the NECK. The video quality on both was great, but both would overheat to the point of burning you. Pixel 7 was or will absolutely be my last one. The fingerprint reader was great, but it started shutting down all the time especially over night finally got to doing it every night missing calls from work and crap extremely frustrating. I did send it in to Google which wants it wiped clean and tested it said it was fine. I get it back spend most of week getting the phone back usable and a week in it starts shutting down again. It was less than one year old and I still owe money on the stupid thing so not again. I know that's a lot, but it puts in perspective that I can absolutely live with this Phone for the price. No major issues and I have not had it shutdown one time.... it simply works and that is a big deal! ... show more

Love it for closing down our pool for the winter wish there were bigger giant ones for the water, ice, & snow to roll off would make a difference and not a big mess
