This Samsung Galaxy S23 FE is my first Samsung phone after switching from Apple. I figured I'd get it refurbished in case I didn't like it. I really love this phone! It came in great condition, no visible damages. I transfered all of my data and photos from my iPhone to the S23 FE using a lightning to USB-C cable, which only took about an hour. The phone runs smoothly and has excellent battery life. It lasts me all day unless I'm doomscrolling. I got a Galaxy Watch that connected to this S23 FE using the Wearables app. People were saying that the phone gets hot, but it doesn't really. The only time it's felt hot is when I've had multiple apps running at once or had my brightness up. My only issue with it is that I couldn't sign into any Samsung apps or services for a few days. I even ordered a new one to replace this one, but the issue on this phone ended up resolving itself before I even got the replacement. I'd definitely recommend this phone. Smooth with no issues. I've been a longtime iPhone user, and wanted to try something different. My iPhone battery was on death's door, and I decided to order a galaxy. It is different. Not better, but not remotely worse. Just different. What i noticed (not am extensive list): 1. Smooth, with sufficient memory. Gets the job done without lagging. I don't game with my phone, so I am referring to standard tasks. 2. Great camera. Wish my iPhone had as many megapixels. However, iPhone makes up for it with better software tweaks. So, maybe a toss up. 3. Android auto is functional and gets the job done. Compared to iPhone it is glitchy. Less intuitive, not doing what you expect, and while never crashing, it can take several extra clicks and patience to get where you want to go. That being said, samsung voice to text beats the crap out of iPhone. This is HUGE. So accurate. So seamless. Honestly, this phone is worth purchasing for that reason alone. 4. Samsung needs to get it's act together when it comes to initiating screen shots. Annoying. Takes way too long. 5. Sending and receiving phone calls. Who uses those, really? The Samsung Galaxy S23 itself is fantastic. The screen arrived in pristine condition, the battery life is excellent, and the speakers are loud and clear without distortion. For the price, this is a steal. The camera quality is out of this world. Pictures stay crisp even at +3x zoom. It really is a great phone and I haven't found a better price for it. One important note: the phone is locked to AT&T. Unlocking it for use with another carrier can be time-consuming and may cost extra. If you already use AT&T, this phone is an amazing deal. If you plan to switch carriers, be prepared for additional steps and costs. Honestly I would say not even worth it if you're going to switch carriers. If you plan to keep it with AT&T then I think this is one of the best deals. Overall, despite the carrier lock, the phone performs exceptionally well and I highly recommend it. ... show more

Do not waste your money. I would give it 0 stars if I could. The phone lasted less than 2 months. It kept restarting numerous times per day and the camera worked when it felt like. The battery did not last long. Had to charge twice per day. Reached out to supplier for a refund but instead they stated to send back the phone or offer $70 in repairs. I shipped to the caribbean so sending back the phone would cost me twice the amount I paid for it. The phone was beyond repairs when I brought it to be fixed. The supplier did not care just wanted me to send back the phone. The phone however came in good condition physically. ... show more

The phone has been good so far after a week of usage. It looks almost new, except for a few white dots at the top and bottom of the phone. I verified the configuration using CPU-Z, and it has the Snapdragon processor along with the other hardware specifications as mentioned by Samsung.
