I purchased this phone "refurbished" from Amazon in August, 2025. It is now February, 2026 (around 6 months later) and the phone will not connect consistently with the cell network. It sometimes connects, but then after loading one page (Amazon for example) the network connectivity drops. When I'm traveling I cannot get Google maps to reload if I stop it and then try to reload a different route. WIFI connectivity works great, but not cell / data. I went through the various reset of the network settings, and spent over an hour on the phone with my carrier trying different options (checking the SIM card, changing towers in my area, trying different operators like AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile). Nothing fixed the issue. I called "UBreakItIfixIt" in Lexington, KY and was told that this is a known issue with this model (S23 Samsung), and that since I didn't have insurance I just had to get a new phone. Thanks for nothing, Samsung! If you go online and Google "S23 has trouble connecting to cellular network" you will see that this is an issue for many people with this phone. ... show more
