The build quality on this phone is wonderful. Compared to a 13 Pro Max, it's lighter and more comfortable to hold. It was a pleasant surprise. Glad I splurged and went with the 256 gb version. During initial set up, the top of the phone got a little warm. It made me curious about gaming and watching videos. I spent the day purposely streaming movies and playing games more than I usually do, to see if there were any issues. I'm just going to say, the image quality is amazing. For the people complaining about the speaker quality. It's more than fine. i listened to Spotify and thought it was fine. It really is a gorgeous display. It feels like a mini television. Highly recommend. If you're wanting a change from the Apple ecosystem, I think you'll find multi-tasking pretty great. I gave it a great write-up after using it for a day. However, I have had two phones now; both returned. First phone returned because the phone would no import GPS coordinates into a photo EXIF File. And yes, location was turned on and spent well over an hour with Samsung tech support, took over remote control of the phone and made sure it was set up to receive GPS signals and options were turned On to import information into the EXIF File. They said it was a software problem and to return. I did ask if this was the same problem noted on the internet with GPS and apps on the Exynos Processor, used outside the USA. They basically said they did not know. Just return and see if another phone will work correctly. So, talking with Amazon tech support, they agreed to replace the phone and immediately sent me another phone. First phone returned at UPS store drop off. Problem is, the second (replacement) phone is just as defective. So, it was sent back and it will be very hard for me to EVER purchase another Samsung phone. (I have a three-year old Galaxy Tab Tablet and it has been great....). It is evident from reading articles on the internet, the problem they have with the Exynos processor is also on the Snapdragon processor; however, no one at Samsung admits to it, and even for the known issue on the Exynos, Samsung has NOT issued a date when the software update would be sent out. For that reason, I needed to return, I don't want to wait around hoping a software update will fix the problem and then find out a few months later, I'm out of luck. One other problem with this phone I did not have with the first was signal dropping during calls. Just on WI-FI calls sitting in my house. But I two drops just talking with Amazon tech support. That is also a somewhat known issue as reported on some android forum websites, and the GPS issue is on the Samsung Help forum and it there are a lot of issues as noted by 15 pages of complaints. And to think, I ruled out a Pixel 6 Pro due to the problems they were having. I guess I'll just stick with the Pixel 4XL I purchased two-years ago from Amazon. Wanted a new phone, but with Pixel and Samsung both having problems, time to sit back and do some more research. And I really liked the S22Ultra, when it worked. ... show more

I love every feature of this phone especially the awesome pictures it takes. It is a bit big for my hands but, I got used to it. Battery life is long. Don't have to charge it for 2 days or so depending on the type of usage. Voice calls are clear. Love my S22 Ultra.

I love this phone. As an artist the "note" feature is fantastic. I take notes and sketch on this phone all the time. Clip studio, flip a clip, video editing- fantastic. I use this phone for sketching, writing, video calls, editing short films, 3d sculpting, and light gaming. It has 12gb ram, so it's essentially a mini android computer. You can even plug it in to a second monitor if you want. I do have some minor concerns: 1. This phone is heavy. Suspiciously so. It is so top heavy that it is very easy for it to "flip" out of the palm and crash to the ground. This is a terrible design oversight. I nearly broke my phone when it struck concrete. Thankfully the case saved it. Another friend shattered their phone one week after purchase. If you buy this phone, get an otterbox case for it. Speaking of, 2: this phone is fat and huge. It will not fit a lot of car phone holders. It will not fit most phone pockets. It needs to be held in both hands. For me, I enjoy the big screen. It is worth the trade off for me. 3. Phone doesn't have duel Sim card. I just find it strange that such an expensive phone doesn't support duel Sim. I travel frequently and it's a bit annoying to have to trade my Sim cards when I go over the border. I'm considering switching to Google Fi because of this. ... show more

Samsung outdid themselve with this phone. It's fast. It's powerful. AND I can flex on IPhone users with its Power-Share function and customizability. The display/screen is smooth and beautiful. I need to say nothing about its cameras other than saying it's literally perfect. In my opinion. The battery life was honestly unexpectedly very good IF YOU TWEAK THE SETTINGS. Do that and it will last longer than 6+ days on one charge (with all possible battery saving tweaks). No BS, No joke, this is factual. The Pen is a low-key but high-key a grand treasure for this phone. I didn't think id appreciate until I started realising what it could do and what I could use it for. It's unexpectedly amazing.
