    • This phone sucks from the moment you open it
The phone has been flashing periodically since I got it. Most of the time my network dissappear and I can't use it. (My husband is on the same plan and his is always fine, so it's the phone). And every few hours to every couple of days I have to use the pen to restart the phone or the touch screen will not work. Over all has never been a good phone and we paid entirely to much for it!     • Did I get a new phone and a refurbished price?
This phone was a fantastic buy! I didn't want to get into a long expensive contract with my carrier and am not interested in overpriced phones as soon as they are released. So, when I was shopping for a replacement for my Galaxy 20+ (which I bought renewed directly from Samsung), I turned to Amazon's refurbished listings. It took a while to find what phone I wanted and then what seller I trusted. I knew I wanted an "excellent" phone, and the few dollars difference didn't matter and neither did the color. I finally found this phone from a reputable seller and took the dive and ordered it. It shipped in a very secure box, in its original phone box, with the protective tape on the front as well! This phone was like new. It doesn't look like anybody ever used it. I used my Samsung switch program, switched sim cards, and voila! (Well, not really, Verizon gave me a couple issues but I got it working!) I love this phone and for the money you can't beat it. And this seller is great! If I need anything else I will check to see if they have it first. Side note: The S pen: I keep forgetting I have it and it was not the prime reason I bought this phone. I'm sure I'll start using it more as time goes on. I do keep getting errors that it won't connect and may need to replace it. It is impossible to tell if it is the original pen or a knockoff. ... show more

This is not a US version of the phone. Nor was it unlocked. It was locked by AT & T. The phone came pre-installed with weird Chinese apps. I deleted the apps and thought nothing of it. Then when I got no service, I contacted Samsung and checked the IMEI numbers. This phone was made in Vietnam for Asian networks. Not just that. The phone isn't fast, nor does it work properly. The update icon on the phone is wrong. I included pictures. The first picture is of the product I bought, the second one is from an s22 ultra purchased from Samsung.     • Not happy at all!
Condition was awesome however, using the same mobile co. I wldnt get service in many areas I once did and then it’ll take forever for the service to come bck on when I come out of that area. I believe one of the antennas in the phone is messed up. Also the screen does spasm things like blinking.
