Love the Juliet bag but I was definitely sent a returned item. While it was sent in a dust bag with both straps and the chain, the purse was not factory-wrapped nor was it stuffed. There were a few marks on the purse and it lost its shape since there was no stuffing, which consequently creased the leather. Ultimately, if returns are accepted and then shipped to customers who are paying the same amount for a new item, more care needs to be taken in polishing and packaging returned items before they’re sent out again.
