    • Sold me a Lemon Phone.
Having major problems with the phone. It won't use Cellular Data. The Mobile Network State says Disconnected. It tries to connect but it won't. Currently talking with Verizon about this issue and trying to get it fixed. Really needed this phone to work but we are leaving for a 2 week Vacation next week and i won't have a phone now. Spent 4 Hours with Verizon Technical Support Team. We tried everything to get the phone to work. The seller WirelessSource sold me a Lemon phone. It won't connect to Cellular Data, Won't Update at all. The Edge of the phone has a Chrome Edge. I ordered the Phantom Black and it has the Chrome Edge of the White phone but the back of the phone is Black. When i had it hooked up to my Verizon account it says a different name then my wifes phone who we ordered from the same seller. He phone works fine and does everything. My phone says Galaxy S22 Ultra BLK-E where as hers says Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra Phantom Black. Trying to see if the seller will solve my problem or not. However if they don't you bet i will be getting my refund. ... show more

    • The best Samaung phone I've had yet....
I upgraded to a S22 Ultra from a S20 FE, and I thought that phone was the best I'd had. The fingerprint reader is almost in the middle of the screen which does take some getting used to. However, the fingerprint reader is the most sensitive of any phone I've had. Battery life isn't any better or worse than what I've had, in spite of its 5000mah battery. But the S Pen...for me using this phone for personal, business and photography....it's a gamechanger and the main reason purchased this phone. The phone arrived in New condition, and 3 days faster than what I'd expected. For the price, quality and longevity, I definitely recommend this phone. ... show more

i dropped it once and the corner of the side plates cracked. only had it a few days. out of the 3 years i have my iphone 12 i dropped in 100s of times and no scratches or cracks anywhere on it. the rest is good, camera is amazing
