I'm not reviewing the phone, a thousand of them out there on the intertubes. Just reporting that it came in pristine condition and works perfectly after a month. I suspect that a lot of Renew products are really NOS. New, old stock. Leftovers that didn't sell when newer models came out. Samsung or whomever sells them in lots to people like this seller who then re-boxes and markets them. This even came with a power brick, which even Samsung doesn't supply. I ordered phones for my kids for Christmas. One of them was dead within 6 months, wouldn't charge, wouldn't hold a charge, overheated. So I ordered a new one. First of all they didn't actually ship the phone until the day of estimated delivery.... A week after I'd ordered it. It took almost 2 weeks to get it. So my son was already off to camp, I didn't open the box until 2 days later.... IT'S NOT EVEN THE PHONE I ORDERED. This phone was sold as "excellent" condition. It's white, not black. It's scratched to heck. And it still has the previous owners information on it so it clearly hasn't been tested. Sending it back and I'll go spend a little more and order from back market where I know the phone I get will be what they described. ... show more

I bought the S22 plus renewed and i've been testing this product for three months and i must say that its pretty solid, and this vendor is really trustable, they really renew their products: no scuffs, no scratches, totally clean, nobody can figure it out that was used, i've trying other vendors and most of them sold scuffed phones but not this one. This model is not intended for heavy use, the battery is pretty decent for most users but if you use video recording so heavily, this might not be for you and it has nothing to do with this vendor or being renewed but the model itself I strongly recommend this vendor btw ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We will definitely buy from this seller again!!! My phone arrived early, it is in excellent shape as advertised (has 2 itty bitty spots bellow cameras in back), front screen is in perfect condition. Phone looks brand new, and it's system works perfectly would never know it is refurbished or renewed! Am in love with the camera! As far as video goes, when zoomed in all the way out as far as it can go, it's a tiny bit grainy yet most cell phone cameras are; it does a phenomenal job refocusing when changing the zoom as you can see! One never knows what they are going to get when ordering online through Amazon, am 100% happy with this purchase would highly recommend purchasing your cell phone needs from the seller!!! ... show more

    • I love this phone but.. NO microSD slot :(
I had been using this phone for may be six months. I love this phone but.. No microSD card slot. :(. I travel a lot and I take lots of video and pictures. And I have to move the videos and images to my computer, to make some room for more video and images. That is why 2 and 1/2 star rating from my side. High quality images, and videos need more storage room and do not know why Samsung removed MicroSD card slot. Well, other then that, phone is nice and so far no issues. Of yea.. couple of time phone was places in my laptop bag where water bottle space is, and it was raining and when I reached car and charging cable connected, it gave me a warning that charging disabled as there is moisture detected on cable. Well it was not cable but the phone's charging slot may have couple of drops from rain..Well I cleaned it up and it was all fine after that. But that was noticeable as it happened 2-3 times. On my travel out of country, I tried to use eSim card once and it did not work. In a week I will be on another tour and I am going to try it one more time, this time eSim vendor help is also promised. So let us see how eSim works. I will post it here for anybody interested in useing eSim to EU. ... show more

Bought the S22+ through Amazon's Renewed program. Your mileage may vary, but my experience was nothing but outstanding. Phone advertised as excellent condition, appeared new (no scratches/blemishes). The only issue (extremely minor) was the phone initially started with an error, required a restart, but worked perfectly after the restart. The transfer from my old phone to the S22+ required more manual configuration on apps, home screens, etc than on previous phones. But that's an initial/one-time issue. 5G connectivity is better on the S22+ than the phone it replaced, call audio is WAY better, and the phone is very fast. ... show more
