I had a few doubts before purchasing this item. I went ahead and now I have a pretty solid phone. It came with a charger, a perfect screen and a back with minimal signs of use in one side. Perfect audio and video and, in my case, the most important thing: The camera works smooth (although I couldn't upload the other video using it). This item arrive as promised but it was sold as "Excellent" condition but it was not. It was filthy with boogers and food and dirt/filth all over it. Like really gross. And the screen was all scratched up. I would say the condition is more like "Fair" so that feels super scammy. It does work so far, as described. My old sim card from my Galaxy S9 was put into it by Verizon and I am up and running. So far so good. Battery seems OK to start. I just wish they were more careful about either cleaning it to match the description or labeling it by erring on the side of what the consumer will expect. ... show more

Phone works good so far. It had a couple light scratches on the back of the phone, nothing a phone case can't fix. I was planning to put a case on the phone anyway.

Came with a screen protector on it already that was a plus. Very minor scratches. Once case was added it was like a brand new phone you couldn't tell. Been using almost 6 months now, can't complain. Charger adapter was missing though. But seller was gracious enough to do a reimbursement for missing item. Photo and sound quality is great. Screen quality great. Easy to use ... show more

DO NOT BUY RENEWED/REFURBUSHED phones!!. ONE star but should be ZERO!! Has screen protector and the screen and back are flawless BUT... First red flag 1) NO charging bloc only cord and SIM tool 2) All FOUR sides/edges heavily scuffed but smooth (case will cover up) AND 3) THESpeaker is messwd up & sounds scratchy/buzzy with mid and higher frequency sounds - pains to listen. So I'm stuck with a good phone with malfunctioning speaker so it's practically useless. My fault for going refurbished and anyone thinking about ....think AND RETHINK!!! ... show more
