This phone arrived 3 days late and then when we turned it on the screen as shown in the pic had two large black dots with a white line connecting them. We took the phone to T Mobile and they said the screen was bad but to take it to U Break I Fix which is a local cell phone repair shop. They said the phone was probably dropped and the dots and the line on the screen would get worse and that it would need a new screen. So at that point we knew we had to return it. We had hoped this company would replace it but we were informed, no we could only return it and we had to pay for shipping which cost $18.39 which included $4 of insurance on the phone. Moreover, we won't get credited for the purchase of the phone for some time after they receive it. If I could give this company a negative -5, I would. ... show more

When turning on the phone I realized the speaker was bad. The sound crackled at med to high volume. I was willing to just deal for the price and to avoid having to return it. I took it to T-mobile(which they said it was unlocked for) to switch service from my current phone to this phone. After initiating service onto a new sim card and trying it with the phone they found it to be locked. When attempting to switch back to my other phone they could not reenact my former grandfathered plan because it was not available. So since I had already lost my great plan ( I understand that's Tmobiles issue and not the phone sellers) I decided I would try to resolve the issue as opposed to just sending it back. I contacted the seller and told them the issue. They asked if I tried a new Sim card and I responded yes. Well I guess that was the only solution they could come up with because the next response was just return it. Great...The least they could've done is check to make sure it was unlocked before sending and wasting my time ... show more
