Better than expected but, oof.. daaays of updates.. literal days. Which I read is to be expected with an older phone, so no biggie. This is my first time buying a pre-owned phone and I had to buy one in "good" condition because I have very limited funds. The phone is in much better shape than expected. ✨️ No scratches on screen or camera lenses. Only very light scuffs on edges of body, which are not noticeable at all. The only issue I've had so far is it disconnects and reconnects every 4 or 5 seconds when charging. I've tried everything I can think of but nothing has worked to fix this so far. That said, it honestly does NOT affect the speed of charging NOR does it get the phone too hot, which was something I was scared might happen, but it doesn't, thankfully. So, all in all, it really doesn't matter and it's something I can live with. I'm happy with this purchase. Great deal and phone. 👍 ... show more

This phone arrived 3 days late and then when we turned it on the screen as shown in the pic had two large black dots with a white line connecting them. We took the phone to T Mobile and they said the screen was bad but to take it to U Break I Fix which is a local cell phone repair shop. They said the phone was probably dropped and the dots and the line on the screen would get worse and that it would need a new screen. So at that point we knew we had to return it. We had hoped this company would replace it but we were informed, no we could only return it and we had to pay for shipping which cost $18.39 which included $4 of insurance on the phone. Moreover, we won't get credited for the purchase of the phone for some time after they receive it. If I could give this company a negative -5, I would. ... show more

Phone was fine, some minor edge wear. I set it up with a Sprint Tracfone BYOP sim to a number I already had on an 2022 MotoG Power phone. It did not come with the advertised 25W charger, so I bought one from Amazon for $9.79.
