i got this phone mid-November and it is now May 27th. 7 months. its dead. i rarely use it. i can't run apps especially the ones i use for work. it's obvious the battery and cpu are cheap and overheating. all my years owning a phone this is a first. money down the drain. OH, and here is an update, Samsung's home AI updates are causing this issue, and they have yet to confirm it publicly. there is a current lawsuit against them ... show more

Really disappointed with the UI. I've never had a Galaxy with a bad UI. I've had older versions than this and newer versions and I'm at a loss with this one. It's also not letting me adjust the notification settings for different types of notifications in one app, so I have to accept ALL notifications or block all of them. I get the most obnoxious unnecessary notifications from all kinds of apps because of this. I've never had a galaxy with this issue. No wonder it was so cheap. ... show more

This is not a good phone. It overheats to an unusual high heat without using it. Also the battery dies through every night even when charged. I do not recommend.
