I'd give zero stars if I could. This review is pending a response from the seller. This phone has been junk since I got it! A black screen has come up since day 1 that says, "Failed to register network" with a random number after it. Then, I can't send a text or even make a call. I should have reached out sooner, but I kept on just dealing with it. Now, it's stuck on a Talk Back setting and I can't even get it to power off. It doesn't respond to the touch screen, bottom buttons or side buttons. I'm at my wits end! ... show more

Phone not able to be used with Visible by Verizon... but the phone itself is in great condition. I'm keeping phone and changing service. Just wanted to make others aware there are some companies it isn't unlocked for.

The phone worked, but the battery would drain quickly. The back of the phone cracked to pieces as I was putting a protective cover on it. The glass on the front looked like it was poured onto the phone. That was strange. It didn't really affect the use of the of the phone, just not pretty.
