I purchased this smartphone for my mother so she can access BIXBY and she has been able to call, answer calls and do things with her phone that she hasn't been able to do since her vision has declined. It's not that fair for me to rave because I have been a Samsung Galaxy user ever since I got my first Smartphone and they jave not failed me yet. Every Samsung Galaxy I have had and every upgrade (to me) I have purchased through Amazon has done me very well and I even can't stand to have to order a new one but I do just so I can make sure I have the semi-latest updates. Only saying 4 stars because I had to go to boost and spend 45$ just to have the phone set up and buy a new SIM card because it would not transfer over, and I can’t seem to get my photos to switch over only 5 did… other than that from what I’ve noticed it runs smooth, a little hot nothing too crazy though!
