Never bought a "renewed" device before, so I also feared the out of the box functionality of it. Glad to say all my fears were unwarranted. Works perfectly fine on the straight talk network. Phone functions as if it is new and is in prestine or new condition. I will say, it didn't have the new stick on screen protector that youd get retail but i expected that. I really enjoyed this phone until the screen completely stopped working two weeks after I received it. The phone would turn on and the outside screen worked, however, the entire inside screen went black all of the sudden and wouldn’t work at all despite trying to reset it. There’s no evident reason for why it stopped working, I didn’t drop it or anything like that. I was advised by a phone repair store to return it since the repair was going to cost more than I originally spent on the phone as I would have to completely replace the screen. After returning it, the company refused to refund me stating that the phone was damaged which is the whole reason why I was returning it in the first place as it was in the condition that I had received it in. There’s no physical damage to the phone at all, just that the screen wouldn’t work. Not happy at all with this product nor the customer service I received and would not recommend buying from this seller. ... show more

This has been the best phone so far I have ever had! I was skeptical because of some of the negative reviews but honestly this is the most high tech nice phone i have ever owned! It does everything I wanted and more! The tiny screen in the front is my favorite part of this phone and also of course, being able to fold the phone in half. No issues with my Sim card I put it in and it instantly recognized my service plan. The folding capabilities are wonderful. I love how it folds for a more continent way of traveling with it, its so easy to use! It is just a beautiful phone. Get it and you won't regret it. The only think I worry about is the folding part, idk how long it will hold up but we shall see. So far so good. ... show more

It's cool looking, works fast, better customization than iPhone software wise. Came in what looks like new condition. Don't have to worry much about screen scratches on the main screen cuz of the fold design. Battery life is good compared to my old iPhone se. Has a fingerprint reader, pin, and/or face id unlocked. Cool experience. But the overall CPU , Memory is of low configuration and becomes slow and slower by years. The folding crease of the screen is a big problem. I don't want to folde it anymore after half year and got it traded in for a galaxy S25.
