    • Samsung S22 was a waste of money
This product looked nice, it was in good condition, but was a piece of junk. It glitches, shuts off/restarts continually in a loop for no reason. When you open an app it shuts down. When sending a message it shuts down. It gets overly hot. The screen freezes, to many problems to mention them all. I'm regretting that I bought refurbished because of all the problems. I tried for 5 months, watching videos to see if I could "fix" it, so I could use this phone and finally just gave up. It was a serious a huge waste of money and time. Byers beware. ... show more

Didn't really use this fully. Mostly tested the camera. The description said the color was pink gold, but I received a black phone. Hadn't paid attention to the fact that there were color selections on the ordering page. The metal frame was a bit scratched, but the rest of the phone seemed in good condition on the outside. It seemed to work, but I changed my mind about that particular model and returned it. I wasn't sure it was actually an unlocked phone because it had AT&T software on it that was not removable.     • Bad service, almost constantly in "Emergency Call Only" mode
The phone was beautiful, in like-new condition, but unfortunately the phone had little-to-no service. I got lost using the GPS because the phone loses service constantly. I wasnt able to load coupons and barcodes using online mode for transactions, and the phone was almost constantly in "emergency call only" mode. When I turned on the phone, it looked like it was set for AT&T, I have Verizon, maybe that was the issue, but the seller listed the phone as OPEN for all carriers. Probably wont try a refurbished phone again. I'm so sad because it is an awesome deal, versus going to Verizon and purchasing brand new. ... show more

UPDATE: still all good after 1 year. Receive regular software updates. Excellent value. I wanted to wait until it was past the 90 day return window to write this review. It seems electronics like to go to ish during that window or shortly thereafter. I purchased in early August 2023 and it's now nearly January 2024. No issues whatsoever.
