So far so good, and I have tested everything except for the sleep tracking feature. I wanted a less expensive ring to test out since I am not sure how much I will wear it, or if I will like it, or if I find it helpful for monitoring my health. And there's no way to know if this or any of these devices are accurate. The ring and the software app that you put on your phone are made and based in China I think, so really more description and information regarding privacy especially, but also just what the implications of some of the app system features are is needed as well. The health readings are fairly simple to look up and some of that stuff is within the app. I didn't have any trouble setting it up and connecting the ring to the software. There is no info sent regarding how many day's worth of memory the ring has, or how often it should be synch'd, or how often it needs charging, stuff like that. That info may be out there, but it didn't come with the product, which is why I am giving this a 3, as I will be doing a lot of searching, reading, and testing, and while preliminarily it looks like things work, I will be searching for info that should be provided in the package. ... show more

I really wanted it because it tracks your sleep and you can view everything in the app. It’s way to use and set up. I did size up in size and it fit perfectly and it’s comfortable.

    • Counts steps nothing else was accurate
So I used this for a week it looks nice and felt pretty good the sizing seemed snug I measured my finger and it was pretty snug I alternated between two just depending on how I felt. The step counter seemed fairly accurate I counted a few times while I wore it. However all of the health information when I checked it against other health monitoring stuff was not remotely accurate my heart rate was always 60-90 and when exercising the equipment would show 150. The blood pressure never went anywhere near what mine always comes in at at the doctor's office.... As I stated I tried two different fingers with different tightness and I made sure the light sensor was correctly placed also. Over all was nice for price but since it didn't work for what it claimed I returned it. ... show more

    • Data to have value needs to be accurate.
I have a smart watch to compare with the ring and last night I was in bed for 9 hrs and I felt I slept unusually well. The watch indicated almost 9 hrs the ring less than 5. They both diverge radically on steps. I don’t recommend the product but I’m very attracted to the concept.

Worked for a month then stopped recording info. I have a regular ring or paperweight now. Can’t return because it’s past the return window.

Does most of what the $300+ rings do without the monthly fee. Way more comfortable than a watch. I tested the blood pressure after I was checked at hospital and it was the same reading. Edit… after wearing it everyday for a week it’s missed 2 entire nights of sleep. If it’s not perfectly positioned it seems to have a hard time reading. ... show more
