The quality of the phone is amazing and I only wish I bought new when I had the opportunity. This is an S21 Ultra 5G with 512gb and 16Gb of ram. There's some confusion as to whether you'll get a 12gb or 16gb. This was a 16gb version. The Samsung Switch app can be used to move your old phone over to the new phone (apps, data, email, etc...) Both phones have to have full charges to work properly. This was well worth the investment. I use Google Fi and upon starting the phone after inserting the sim card, the phone switch over immediately and I was rocking 5g. This was a fantastic purchase! Thank you. ... show more

I was decently impressed and satisfied with the overall quality of this phone since i did buy the acceptable option. I will say that the main physical issue are the scratches and scuffs on the edges, but the front and back of the phone, as well as the cameras are in very good shape to my surprise! Still do your own research to see if this is truly the phone you're looking for, but don't be opposed to buying it. I would say it is worth it! ... show more

She’s been off socia media for a while and I wanted to inspire her to get back to what she loves and I believe it’s working! She’s been testing it out all week and says it works just like new and has zero wear or tear on it. It does overheat sometimes but that’s with her usually either gaming on it all day and night for her social media WHILE live-streaming or chatting on discord at the same time AND screen recording her gaming for video future content. It’s able to handle all her Likee, Mico, and Tiktok needs! How she does it all I have no clue lol. She says it charges super fast and can handle a lot, so if you’re interested in grabbing this phone for yourself definitely go for it. She hasn’t tested the camera out on her cosplay and makeup looks just yet but she said the camera features are amazing and are going to take her content to the next level.     • Started to fail 35 days after purchase
The phone first lost volume after 2 weeks I took it to a shop and they were able to fix the volume. 35 days after purchase the phone would randomly shut off. I missed numerous calls because I was unaware of the phone shut down. I contacted Amazon and they informed me that I had to get in touch with the seller, I had contacted Amazon on the first issue and never heard back from anyone. This second issue i again contacted Amazon and they said i had to get with the supplier. Amazon sent them an email and said I should hear from the seller with a couple of days and if not get back in touch with Amazon and they would investigate the claim and should settle in about 7 business days. After a couple of days with no response. Knowing that the phone could fail completely and i travel alot. I contacted Samsung, Samsung said the phone was out of warranty but would send me a brand new phone and dicount it for the same money i had bought the phone from amazon. To this day I have never heard from anyone from the original seller or Amazon. I personally will never buy from that seller and will make sure that anything I buy from Amazon is supplied directly from Amazon. The return policy was bullshit. ... show more

    • Is a used/refurbished phones, be aware.
Great phone, aside from the front facing camera not working (when I change to it from rear camera to front says "camera failed"). After researching the issue, it seems it may be a program issue or a connection problem. Should be a simple fix. Came unlocked with the 500gb storage as I purchased, and the proformance is so far great. The battery is slightly worn, and has a shorter life then if it were brand new, but that is to be expected. I had some issues with wifi and bluetooth, but after messing with settings I fixed it. It came in great shape visibly, no scratches. Would recommend, but with the warning of these are used/refurbished phones that could come with issues. ... show more
